Dear Lord Tourists! Do not believe any positive feedback about the hotel "Anilgan"! Living there is a true genocide of our tourists. Just got back from there. The vacation is completely spoiled by the endless resolution of everyday problems: water from the shower floods the room; there is no light in the toilet; fungus on the doors of the toilet and shower; glass covers from bedside lamps falling on the head; very irregular smearing of dirt in the room, called Room Service; an antediluvian elevator, rather reminiscent of a suspended barn; tasteless mash of vegetables 3 times a day, staff speaking mostly Turkish (however, thanks to the language illiteracy of the staff, we managed to learn a few common phrases in Turkish). The most disturbing fact: there is no security in the hotel, a real passage courtyard. I went to the beach at 6:30 in the morning - at the Reception - nobody. Often there was no one even to leave the key. Terrible hotel guide from the Anex travel agency named Ruslan Mammetaliev! Be afraid of him: if something happens to you, do not wait for his help. He refused to call an ambulance to the hotel for a woman with hypertension; refused to refuse assistance to a woman with a child, who had all the money stolen from her room on the first day; frankly rude to a woman who turned to him for some clarification. He is engaged in aggressive marketing: he intimidates tourists that they will have many problems in Turkey if they use the services of independent tour agencies, forces them to sign a paper drawn up by him with a promise to use only his services. I think the managers of Anex Tour should be interested in his activities. The only plus of the hotel is its close location to the sea. Don't choose Anilgan Hotel. . .
