We rested at the end of July beginning of August 2023 with my son. I want to talk about the cons of this hotel. Since the only plus is the beach is good. To begin with, we paid almost 1400 euros for two with a child. And this is not cheap, and as it turned out, many who rested there paid much less than ours (many had up to 1000 euros for two).
Minuses:
1) rudeness at the reception of the Russian-speaking administrator.
2) the hotel is crowded with some non-Russians, which is why it was not possible to find out where, what is no one understood you.
3) A large territory is also a minus, it’s really useless in such heat to look for where pools and so on. I do not want.
4) Very, very weak wi-fi, and then only in the forehead.
5) the food is monotonous. There is nothing useful for a child to eat, just hamburgers, sausages, pickles, french fries. Thank God I didn’t eat sweets, because everything was not tasty even for him.
And for the notorious cakes in the bar for an hour queue.

6) The animation is very weak and takes a little time - 10-15 minutes maximum. Despite the fact that the animator herself is very friendly and welcoming. But animations need to be finalized, otherwise boredom is terrible in the evenings, absolutely no entertainment, even music was nowhere to be heard (((.
7) It is difficult to call a hotel as it is more like a boarding house for those over 60+++
