I don’t know who assigned this hotel 4 stars (only if they themselves, which is most likely), in fact, this is a 3-star hotel, no more. From the airport we arrived normally, the tour operator sent a modern bus, the air conditioner worked well. The hotel is located on the "second" line and consists of 2 buildings built in 2010-2011, but differing in appearance, I will call them -number 1 - where the dining room and outdoor pool are located and number 2, where the administration is located. The transition between the buildings is a bridge over a small road. In the N2 building, the room is standard, 25-30 meters, there is air conditioning, TV (another CRT with a screen size of 15 inches, a sort of box on the table), 4 Russian channels, but the image quality corresponds to TV. In building N 2, everyone has such TVs. The refrigerator in the Morozko-type room is a mini box, it barely works, or maybe it doesn’t work, I still don’t understand. On the 5th floor of building N2, part of each room (toilet with bathtub) does not have a normal ceiling, but is combined with a neighboring room (savings in construction, part of the wall was not finished to the ceiling), so you can hear you well and you can hear everything very clearly : ) The hotel is located 550 steps (~ 340 m) from its beach, which is accessed through an underpass (under the motorway). And you will have to walk these meters along the road that runs parallel to the highway along the "first line" hotels with decent bus traffic and garbage containers that are not cleaned every day, respectively, the aroma of waste from "first line" hotels accompanies you all the way (in 30 degree heat, waste is especially smell good). The hotel's beach is a sandy area only 40 meters long. Therefore, people there are like herrings in a barrel. After 17.40 on the beach, for some reason, the staff begins to remove the mattresses and level the sunbeds, by about 18.30 the beach is already empty, although dinner is from 19.00 to 21.00. The 6-lane motorway passing 20 meters from building N2 (this can also be seen on the Google satellite map) and 40 m from building N1. WiFi is only in the central hall of building N2 on the 1st floor, the speed test (I checked it for several days) showed a result of no more than 125 kB / s. In addition, every 20 minutes, the router (or whatever they have there) of the hotel requires you to re-register. It's very tiring. The signal is weak, there is no connection outside the hall. In building N1 there is a children's room, but it does not work very conveniently, 10-12.00 and 15-17.00. Near building N1 there is an outdoor pool, three slides, but the water in them is turned off at lunchtime. Children are not at work. Total savings at the expense of customers. Petty theft flourishes - they eat your sweets, take items if there are several of them in the package. The cleaning lady was very impudent, without money she does not clean the room. Held a 4-day war with the involvement of a tour operator and video filming. On the 5th day he won, but. . . after 4 days, even with a tip, they again stopped cleaning normally. I thought that it was only we who got on such a “bouquet”, but it turned out that these “diseases” are on all floors. The administration poorly manages the staff and practically does not control it, apparently the rule "washes your hand" works, because not to put the cleaning lady in 4 days "in place" is a must try. And it is clear why - no one wants to lose the "left" extra earnings of cleaners per month. The food is monotonous, especially the unlucky breakfast. Free "juices" are syrup with water - it sucks. The beer is ok, but only one. Complimentary red wine - couldn't get a glass, very bad. The staff speaks mostly in Russian. The plus is the sea, but this natural formation has nothing to do with the hotel.
