about Arabella

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For families with children; For recreation with friends, for young people
We rested in the new building of Arabella - Arabella World from July 11 to 18 in a cheerful female company. Personally, I was in Turkey for the first time and at first I started only from the opinion of my girlfriend, who, having just entered the hotel, saw its small area, and, having learned that we had to go to the sea, was angry. We arrived at the hotel around 10, they promised to check us in after dinner, we walked for a couple of hours in shock until we met one of our friends (the girls arrived a day earlier), in whose room we bathed from the road and changed. Then we went to the beach, it turned out to be not so far to go, especially if you go down to the sea a little earlier and go along the water's edge to Arabella beach. The sea is just wonderful, clean, transparent, warm, the beach is also very narrow. Despite the fact that it is small, there was enough space and sunbeds for everyone. The only downside is the small stretch of road you meet along the way to the beach, where cars and buses drive. . .
Returning back to the hotel, we immediately received a card from our room and settled in. The room is quite spacious, triple, despite the fact that there were two of us)) The balcony overlooked the first building of Arabella, the parking lot and the sea. The room is comfortable enough. We got a bathroom with a bathroom. Air conditioning worked almost all the time and without a card, except for one day. The TV set received several Russian channels, but naturally there was no time to watch them. Also in the room there is a safe for $ 2 per day and a refrigerator. Cleaning the room constantly, but not very carefully, the blankets, even without a tip, were laid out with flowers and hearts. At the reception they responded at the first call, barely hearing about the problem. The staff always has a smile on their faces. So, there are no complaints about the service. The only negative is that few of the staff speak Russian, but we always found a common language. It was very unpleasant for our Russian tourists, who very often made scandals for absolutely no reason... The ANEX tour guide - Azamat - was not bad, he was always at the hotel, but he gave little information - we learned more from the transfer manager - Alexei. We did not go on excursions.
The food, of course, is not restaurant-style, but you can eat, there was always chicken from meat, very tasty rice, many different salads, some, however, did not live long and turned sour right on the tables... A lot of pastries. In general, no one died of starvation. From drinks - tea, coffee, drinks such as yupi, cola, soda, sprite. The hotel has three bars - in the dining room, by the pool and in the lobby bar, not counting the bar on the beach. Bars were open until 22.00 Alcohol - local production - rake, wine and beer. Of course, everything was diluted, but it was possible to drink all day and not get drunk. Not far from the hotel there were many shops, a market for fruits, souvenirs and clothes, in the evenings a small tent with nuts and corn was opened. There was also a bus to Alanya, where you could also shop.

The hotel also had a shop, a beauty salon, a fitness room, a children's room, the Internet, a hamam, where you could do peeling, massage with foam, oil and a face mask for $ 20-30, as well as sign up for a paid medical massage course. The pool is small, there are three slides, a lot of sunbeds. A lot of people occupied sunbeds from the very morning, leaving their things on them, and left until the evening, which of course was not very pleasant...
Animation is generally a separate conversation)) The guys are generally not bad, funny, there were even two Russian girls Nika and Katya (huge hello to them !!! ))), who then disappeared in some incomprehensible way, but the animation was more like for an amateur circle. The guys showed the greatest activity during the promotion of a trip to the disco for $10 (this amount included the road to Alanya and back, the passage to the disco and a tiny glass of cocktail). In the hotel itself there was only a children's disco until ten in the evening... Contests were held during the day - such as water polo, darts, etc. In principle, we spent very little time in the hotel itself and were able to arrange a wonderful holiday for ourselves, not relying on animation).
Summing up, this hotel is a good combination of price and quality, but it certainly falls short of four stars. The view of MY HOME spoiled the mood very much, who saw it will understand what I mean))) In general, the main thing is not the place, but the company. And, despite the fact that I give the hotel a four, we personally have a rest, it went to 5+))
