Rested in the period from September 18 to October 01.2010 in Turkey in the city of Avsallar (22 km from Alanya). Hotel "ARABELLA WORLD HOTEL" 4 stars - but it was not there, since 2 of them can be safely taken away for the service presented at the hotel:
- Meals: there is no restaurant in Arabella world. More questions? The only restaurant is located in the neighboring Arabella Hotel (they have one owner, who, as well as all the staff, neither Russian, nor English, nor, sorry, even German does not understand). If you deign to eat in the first 20 minutes after the opening of the restaurant, then stand in a line of 100 people and that is completely in vain, because there is no meat and fish on the menu of this restaurant. There is only rice, cold boiled pasta, sometimes french fries, sometimes semi-finished products in the form of cutlets (and they are cut in half), sometimes stewed chicken offal (liver and heart) and a chef standing next to him, who strictly monitors that any of vacationers did not take too much and he personally lays out one piece on plates. If you come a little later, you can sit on the floor, because there are no empty seats in a restaurant designed for 200 people, and in two hotels there are 650 vacationers - that's so tricky! For breakfast, during the 2 weeks of our stay, scrambled eggs were fried 3 times, for dinner, the young chef Mehmed, thank you very much, baked cakes - the only edible of everything offered, but again there was a queue for them! The dishes were dirty, there were not enough mugs, vacationers poured tea into plastic glasses, elderly German Frau generally came with their own mugs. There were no teaspoons, in principle, tea or coffee could be stirred with a plastic stick. Sometimes for lunch and dinner there was a good puree soup (you know, it went well with a tortilla! )
- Accommodation: a room overlooking the sea, of course, you could hear the track with trucks and sightseeing buses, but these are trifles compared to what is visible, as part of some kind of social program, children from low-income Turkish families rested in our hotel for three days , and then for 9 days, patients from a psychiatric hospital were brought to our hotel to rest (male individuals of Turkish origin of different ages, not violent, of course, but with obvious mental disorders like mental retardation). There were 15 people and 2 teachers with them. Of course, they were not allowed to go to the sea so as not to drown, and they spent the whole day cheerfully and noisily recovering in the pool, riding water slides and drinking soda in a bar in a fight, and once, excuse me, they vomited in the children's pool, not counting the fact that they periodically washed their identical blue slates there. By the way, they also ate with the rest of the guests in the restaurant. A separate topic is the lighting in the room: in the four corners of the room, one light bulb for 15 watts and that's it. It’s not that you can’t read it, but you can’t see your own reflection in the mirror! The room was cleaned by a woman, if it can be called cleaning: she didn’t wash the floor, she changed sheets and towels from bed linen twice (pillowcases and sheets with which we covered ourselves - never), by the way, towels for legs were also not given at first, then they brought one for two, but two days later he was taken forever.

- We had to stomp far enough to the beach - 400 meters and (oh miracle!!! ) on the way we had to pass by stinking garbage cans twice! The beach is small - there are 120 sunbeds, given that vacationers from two hotels sunbathe on it again (those who like to sleep in the morning took longer sunbathing while standing). The sea is clean, the beach is sandy. A separate topic is a bar on the beach, or rather its employee, if the tongue turns to call it that: an evil creature running and looking around, guarding a cooler with water and an invite, and a coffee machine (there is nothing else there), putting its shoes straight on the china shelf (apparently so that the sand does not get) and rude vacationers. Moreover, the services of the bar could be used from 10-00 to 18-00. The evil "beach boy" began to collect mattresses from sun loungers at 17-30, you see, he wanted to go home early. And the people who came to the beach later could not get mattresses.
I hasten to note that in Turkey we rested far from the first time, but we have not seen such disgrace as in this hotel!
