We arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning, there were no free rooms, but we were not particularly upset and went to the sea, looked at the beach, walked in the water, then went to look at the territory inside the hotel, took pictures everywhere and went to the pool, until 7-30 we bought and went breakfast, the girl Saida signed up for a hammam at 11 o’clock and until that time everyone was splashing in the pool, doing water aerobics with animators. The hamam at the hotel is super, everything is clean, very relaxing atmosphere, then I signed up the child for a massage course, she really liked it)) The room was given earlier than planned, in general, if there are rooms, they give them right away. We were given a room in the old building, we liked it, but the fact that the TV was old was there, we didn’t use it. The room was cleaned every day, the linen was changed for the fourth, I heard that they take a fine for soiled linen, so even when leaving no one came into the room, they handed over the key and remotes, that's all, no one checked anything)) They didn't take the safe, everything was in plain sight, it remained safe and sound. The staff is very responsive and friendly, the child lost the phone, they found it and returned it to her. They didn’t complain about food, there were fruits every day: watermelons, cherry plums, apricots, peaches. Nothing sour and spoiled did not come across, everything was delicious (only sausage and soy cutlets were not taken). The animators conquered))) Well done, they work hard from morning to night, we had a lot of fun, went with them to night discos, we liked it very much))) They showed and danced a fire show, held various competitions. Souvenirs for little things were bought directly in the store at the hotel, the prices are lower than in the center of Alanya, I also bought some things for the child from them, they braided her pigtails for $ 30. For the whole holiday there was not a single negative moment, they communicated very well with everyone. The daughter sobbed before leaving, did not want to leave. There are a lot of children in the hotel, I practically didn’t see my own. She was 10, when we went to discos, she slept alone, the smaller children were left with the animator girl. The distance to the sea didn’t seem long to us, we had to move more after hearty dinners))) We had a 100% rest, then we decided to go here again))))) Have a nice rest for everyone!! !
