I am writing a review for the first time. I hope my review will help many vacationers in the future not to spoil their vacation. Stayed as a family of 3 and 2 friends. In Turkey for the 11th time (there is something to compare).
Rooms and housekeeping
The rooms are small. TV is tiny. Cleaned extremely rarely and very badly. Never added toilet paper and shampoos, had to go to remind. In the room on the beds there are only decorative bedspreads, on which it is not known who lay, and when they were last washed. There is nothing to hide. Contacted the management, did not help. I had to use large towels.
Nutrition
Very, very humble. On the first day, neither for lunch nor for dinner, there was nothing from fish or chicken (they didn’t count on more). After the scandal was thrown, the chicken was every day, but it was given out exclusively to everyone in portions. Vacationers said that before that, the chicken was not given for 5 days. There was never scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Two days out of seven there was no butter and one day no cheese. There were never buns at all! Sweet minuscule, and then only to the opening, then they didn’t finish it. Of the fruits for the week, there was a melon once, and on the rest of the days, a watermelon. It's good that markets and a shop across the road come 2 times a week, there was where to be stingy. For 45-50 minutes before the end of lunch or dinner, almost nothing was brought. When they started taking photos of the dishes, non-Russian speaking Turks suddenly started talking and said that we were not doing the right thing. The manager ordered the bartender not to pour us anything at all, even cola (we drank 2 glasses of beer all day). I had to call the hotel guide. We went to the owner, everything was settled. He said that vacationers take 15 boiled eggs at breakfast (I didn’t see it myself), to which he replied that they need to be better fed, then they won’t be recruited.
There is no baby food in this hotel either.
Binge
From alcohol only gin, vodka, wine and beer. Everything is diluted, even beer. Pour a little, try to slip more ice. There were days when the beer was white (diluted 50 to 50). People refused to drink it en masse, and when they showed it to the owner, he shrugged. They saved not only on drinks, but also on staff. Of the three bars declared at the hotel, only two worked (by the pool and in the canteen). At lunch time, the pool bar was closed, the bartender went to the canteen and started working there. About vacationers by the pool for 1.5 hours forgotten.
There was an announcement in the bar that they poured no more than 1 per hand. Vacationers regularly broke the announcement.
The bar is open until 22.00!! ! (What other hotel has such rules? ). After that, the waiters go and pick up the container. In my presence, a full glass of beer was taken from the man, and no matter how indignant he was, it was all to no avail.
It is forbidden to bring your own alcohol into the hotel! And if you are stingy in duty free, then you will have to drink in the room.
Beach
The beach is 250 meters, not 50 as stated. There is no bar on the beach, you need to take water with you. There are no changing rooms, but to go back through the residential area. Upon arrival, there were only 17 umbrellas for 90 sun loungers. Again, after the scandal (they wanted to call the police for us), another 20 were delivered a day later. One day there was a slight wind, so no one was given umbrellas, although everyone had them in neighboring hotels. Owner's response: "Well, you came to sunbathe in the sun. " Yes, there is a shower!! ! But from the shower there is no path to the transition to get out with clean feet. You need to walk again on the sand and with dirty feet to reach the hotel. 50% of vacationers go to wash their feet in the pool.
Swimming pool
The pool area is very small. It costs about 25 sun loungers, which are constantly occupied, and 10 umbrellas. Near the bar and about 10 tables. Before lunch, there is nowhere to hide from the sun (,, Well, you came to sunbathe in the sun).
One shower room and one toilet for all are located in the basement. The shower is full of hoses. Since there is no light either there or there, there is the possibility of breaking something.
During dinner, the pool is closed for cleaning (19.00-21.00). If you go to dinner at 19.00 and leave at 19.30, then there is nowhere to go in the hotel. It remains either the street or the numbers.
Animation
Two guys from Mariupol work. They try. But can you do a lot together? Turks will not accept such a salary. The animation ends at 22.20 maximum. Then the youth is taken to a disco in Alanya. The rest go to sleep or walk around the city. Everything in the hotel is closed.
I hope, after reading my review, you will refuse a trip to this hotel. If you like this area, choose any other hotel, the rest will be much better. There are many of them in this area.
