НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

We stayed at this hotel in October 2022. The hotel is located on the outskirts, 20-25 minutes walk to the center, a couple of minutes to the sea, 15-20 minutes to the Alanyum shopping center. The nearest beach is number 9, sunbeds are only for money, we never took them, we managed with our own towels.
The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but in fact it does not pull on a four, rather on a three. Employees do not speak Russian, they behave extremely unkindly. For several days in a row they actively imposed boors, but we did not take it.
For several days there were interruptions in hot water, although cleaning was every day, but for show, it consisted in taking out the garbage and adding toilet paper. For some reason, they stopped reporting soap for the last week.

The room we had was not bad, albeit a little killed, but with a view of the sea. The plumbing was in good condition, the refrigerator and hair dryer worked. The lamp above the bed was not on. The dispenser for liquid soap did not work, but after our appeal it was fixed.
The TV showed very badly, continuous ripples, and there were no channels in Russian anyway. Internet is not very fast, but free.
Although the food was not varied, everything was fresh and quite tasty. When many Europeans settled in the hotel, the food became noticeably better. And vice versa accordingly.
I don't think this hotel is worth the money. For such a price, you can find a more worthy option, let it be 3 stars, but with a more friendly attitude towards tourists.
