Better than expected. But there are nuances.

We had a limited budget for this trip, so we chose both the resort and the hotel as cheaply as possible.
Nevertheless, the holiday was a success.
When reading my review, please take into account that for myself I compare it with the "last year" hotel with the declared 4 *.
So. The hotel itself is located in the village of Mahmutlar, it is 15 km from the center of Alanya. Although it does not matter - the entire coast for several tens of kilometers is a continuous building. City transport works well - you don’t need to look for a stop, just stand on the edge of the sidewalk and the bus will stop itself. It is most convenient to go on the route with the inscription "Alania centrum", the fare is 2 or 3 lira (how many doors the bus has - this is the price).

About the hotel itself. The photos on the site are a little outdated, now they are a little better. The courtyard with tables and sofas is very cozy. Our room was "standard" - in our case it was one and a half rooms and 2 balconies. There is a refrigerator in the room. They didn't even try to turn on the TV. Air conditioning, alas, according to the schedule, that is, when we were not in the room...
Of the negative impressions - we didn’t get pillowcases for a week : ((Cleaning and linen change, of course, are not available as a class.
The food, oddly enough for a 3*, was good. What surprised me was that they gave meat 4 times in a week (! ). Rabbit, nutria and even pork!
I do not recommend drinking the so-called "juices" from the cooler - it sucks.
Alcohol - the standard, that is, vodka "the housekeeper did", whiskey, gin and anise is quite nothing. The bar is open from 10 am to 11 pm (and last year at 4 * only during lunch and dinner). I was pleased that the beer was quite drinkable - at the level of an average bottle house. By the way, for fans of this drink, I recommend forking out in the store at Efes. 10 lira for 0.5 is, of course, a little expensive, but it's worth it.
The beach seems to be across the road, but it doesn’t have its own underground or even ground crossing, you have to spank before crossing 300-400 meters. The beach itself is quite good - there are awnings and deck chairs, fine sand. The coastline itself at 3-4 meters is small pebbles, and from a depth of 30-40 cm a solid stone slab begins. It is possible to wash off the salt from the body and drink water from the cooler.
The sea, compared to the Aegean, of course, is not so clean. On the other hand, we swam once a day, the rest of the time was devoted to all sorts of trips. By the way, a set of all excursions was ordered in advance, from home - it turned out to be 20% cheaper than in an agency near the hotel, and one and a half - compared to the prices of a hotel guide.
What you need to keep in mind in relation to the features of the hotel. Well, ladies with dogs do not cause trouble, but the kids who squeal under the windows... And they also have a children's disco until 23.00. Be prepared to listen to "U-ha-ha" and "Oh my God, what a man" at high volume every day. Well, the ladies of retirement age, pushing each other with their elbows in line for free alcohol, do not add much positive.

Separate advice for men. Don't let a hotel salesman talk your women into a "free trip" to an "exclusive, invite-only indoor mall" - scammer creepy.
But in general, we liked it, to a large extent this is the merit of NASA TOUR (Pasha, hello! ), With their excellent service of excursions.
