Vacationed last year. The hotel was just a week after its opening (the owner changed). They settled quickly, but in a room with 2 single beds : (. It turns out, according to the tour operator (Pegas Touristics), it was necessary to make a special indication in the contract when buying a ticket !! ! that we need a 2-sleeping bed (it doesn’t matter that we are a couple), otherwise they can check into a room at their discretion. They moved at no extra charge. The tour operator said that she personally asked the workers to give us another room, saying that we were newlyweds. For which special thanks to her! In general, I digress from We liked the description of the hotel, the work of the tour operator. Now, when choosing tours for a holiday this summer, we look first of all at Pegas Touristics. So, we were moved. The hotel staff speaks English. The bartender and animator speak Russian. The boy who helps to carry things to the room , generally speaks only Turkish, but nods her head intelligibly to all questions and says "ok" : ). Tries to please. The person is positive. As soon as we arrived, we left him a tip, so he greeted us with gratitude throughout our rest. As for the tip, the cleaners (as is customary to leave in hotels) even leave it, though not, but they (she) clean equally badly. The first days they didn’t clean at all, we had to go to remind them of us. There was no change of bed linen at all (we rested for a week), towels were changed 1 time and gels and toilet paper were updated 1 time (again after we reminded).
The staff is polite. The location of the hotel is convenient - you can walk around the village. A couple of minutes walk to the sea. Your own beach. There were always enough sun loungers. The only minus of the beach is boulders at the entrance to the water. And different sizes. Getting ready for one, then you hurt your leg! Moreover, there were always waves. And you were carried right along these boulders. I therefore limited myself to one entry into the sea. My husband took a few risks.
You can swim and sunbathe near the pool, but there were always not enough sunbeds. Some cunning representatives of Europe occupied sunbeds right from the night. We repeatedly observed how either a Pole or a Slovak came out and at one in the morning put towels on several sunbeds at once. And then during the day it is not a fact that they will use them. The main thing that they took... If you stay to swim in the pool, and not on the sea, you had to go all the time at the tables of the restaurant, which opens onto the terrace right next to the pool. The pool is small. There is also a small pool for children, even smaller with a jacuzzi, and a pool with a slide. Those. to swim - one small pool.

They fed well. There was always meat, delicious pastries, drinks and fruits (which, however, were quickly taken apart). There were no problems with the seats in the restaurant.
In general, the staff is friendly and positive.
The rooms are good (with poor cleaning : ) ). All new. There is TV in Russian (3 channels). The animator works well, but there are no evening programs. (Only during the day - active games and animation for children). They offer young people to go to a disco in Alanya in the evening.
In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and friendly. The contingent is mostly Europeans. Few from Russia and Ukraine.
The overall impression is positive!
