We went to this hotel with our beloved in the period from 22.07. to 30.07. 2012 (the cost of a ticket with a flight through Moscow was 3.600 rubles for 9 days / 8 nights) from the Pegas Touristik tour operator. In Turkey (and in general abroad) were for the first time - tourists are "green" and inexperienced ...
So, thesis and everything in order:
1. RECEPTION: arrived before lunch (approximately at 10.00); according to the rules of the hotel and the "hotel business" (as indicated in the information brochure from "Pegas"), accommodation in rooms is carried out from 14.

00, - therefore, in such a situation, you are doomed to many hours of waiting in the lobby, dressed according to the Russian weather (if you didn’t hurry up to change clothes in advance), with suitcases, dreaming of a soft bed and a refreshing shower, OR - to fulfill your dreams, giving the “magician” reception" $ 10-20, which we did, limiting ourselves to the lower threshold of the specified amount, after which we immediately received a good room on the 6th floor (which pleases is the presence of an elevator in the hotel) with a nice view of the pool and the sea.
2. ROOM - very decent, quite spacious and comfortable, overlooking the pool and the sea (which is not given to everyone, but only to the elite - see p.
one); air conditioning (best friend and comforter in the heat and stuffiness), all plumbing and TV (but with a single Russian channel) worked properly, but the drain in the shower was arranged so that the water did not descend on its own, which meant that we had to adjust the water with our feet, otherwise - would have to stand ankle-deep in water the next time you take a shower; hair dryer - you constantly need to keep the button pressed for it to work, which is very inconvenient, because the hand gets tired; easy cleaning - carried out daily, there are no special complaints; safe - ONLY PAYMENT (2 USD / day) - an unmounted, incapable iron box (see photo), which, if desired, can be easily taken out of the room, but still better with it than without it (I personally heard about several cases of thefts in rooms ; God has mercy on us).
Lovers of peace and quiet - I will upset you: in the evening you can hear music from the animation of the neighboring hotel "Hotel Timo" (by the way, which has good reviews, but which I would not believe - see paragraph 5 "SEA and BEACH") and the cries of the Turkish DJ- animator in clumsy Russian “oppa-oppa, opa-pa”, but, fortunately, by 23.00 this rigmarole usually stopped.
3. NUTRITION: it is difficult to stay hungry if you do not intentionally strive for it - there is enough food, but not everything is suitable for the Russian taste and stomach - a lot looks appetizing, but not everything is worth trying.
- PURE SOUPS: I recommend to refrain;
- MEAT: sausages, frankfurters and similar "meat" products - mostly synthetic; but for dinner on the street, near the children's pool, they cook the so-called. "dish of the day", where you can sometimes eat quite decent meat or fish; often available poultry - chicken / turkey;

- VEGETABLES / FRUITS: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, greens and salads from these vegetables are in abundance; fruits - watermelon, melon, oranges (despite the season, not very tasty), plums, apricots;
- SWEETS / DESSERTS: a relatively wide range of delicious cakes and pastries; melted chocolate for breakfast (for example, season pastries); coffee machine - often buggy and "freezes".
OTHER:
- there is a bar near the beach where you can drink/drink soda or beer and have a sandwich at any time; pool-bar (pool bar) also provides an opportunity to drink soda (cola, sprite, fanta), beer, water, whiskey;
- personally, we did not experience any ailments from local food.
4. MAINTENANCE/SERVICE and LEISURE:
- with a large flow of tourists - there are not enough places in the restaurant;
- dirty tablecloths and insufficiently clean cutlery and crockery; hordes of flies in the same restaurant;
- the queues in the bars and in the restaurant itself (not very long, but sometimes they are very annoying) - this is again with the influx of tourists (about 2 days before the end of our holiday - problems with places and queues have stopped, apparently with the mass departure of vacationers) BUT objectively the restaurant is not able to cope with the peak season loads;
- many waiters and bartenders have disgusting English and often bad Russian (of course, you will be easily understood if you ask for a cola, but to clarify something is a waste of work - better contact the reception - administrators speak good Russian);
- in billiards - 2 balls are missing and there is not even a basketball (if there is a playground), since there is at least a volleyball court (and even a playground with a net on the beach);
- mini-bar - only for a fee, but a free bottle of water was promised upon arrival, but we never saw it;

- GUIDES and EXCURSIONS: be careful with guides from Pegasus (we had Azamat and Elina) - after the organizational meeting held the next day after arrival, they tried to massively sell us vouchers for all kinds of excursions and tours, although, as we later found out , not far from the hotel there is a point of Sasha and Olya, in which the same excursions are about 2 or even 3 times cheaper (see the price lists of the Pegasus guides and the indicated point in the photo in the application); personally, we did not go on excursions from Sasha and Olya (as well as on any others, because we set ourselves the goal of just a quiet and relaxing holiday), but we heard only positive reviews.
Try to nip at the very beginning all the encroachments of "extortionist" guides (especially Elina) in terms of selling (and simply speaking, godless, arrogant, OBSESSIVE and unceremonious vparivanie) excursions at obviously inflated prices, as well as shopping in the stores that they offer you (Pegas and even individual guides have their own interests and agreements with many outlets in Turkey).
Politely but firmly refusing Elina and Azamat’s excursions, I doomed us to oblique, dissatisfied, gloomy and gloomy looks from their side and unintelligible grumbling in response to the simplest questions, and Elina seemed, in general, along with a gloomy look showed almost a child resentment at our refusals, than she exposed herself from a stupid and ridiculous side. And one more thing - do not trust the guides when they promise you "all inclusive" (drinking, drinking, etc. ).
) on visiting excursions: as kind people who went there told us, this is far from the case, and you are provided with huge queues for free drinks.
- ANIMATION: in fact, we didn’t care about it (whoever wants and knows how can perfectly entertain himself himself, at least with the help of the same excursions); for those who are interested, there is practically no animation there: there was one Turk with clumsy English who tried to entertain tourists with a bouquet of contests usually held at weddings (in principle, not bad, but not the ultimate dream), and with kids every or almost every evening for some reason, a sweet young lady danced to the “plywood” program in German with the eternal song “aram-tam-tam, aram-tam-tam, ghoul-ghoul, ghoul-ghoul, ghoul-ghoul” (still does not come from heads this motive).
5. SEA and BEACH.
"The SEA - laughed ... " (M. Gorky, "Malva"). "I - cried" (I). No words - SEE PHOTO! ! !

- WATER IS DIRTY, garbage floats in excess (soaked bags, paper, disposable tableware, women's panty liners, someone's trousers, I'm afraid to lie - but, if I'm not mistaken, I also saw a condom, and it was clearly used) - and all these charms - CM. ON THE PICTURE; in the sea - in the immediate vicinity of the beach - there are several SEW PIPES (again - see photo), one of which is right under the pier (cleverly disguised "under a stone"), the other - I personally groped in the sea (to the left of the pier - if you stand facing the sea) and, as far as I heard, there are a bunch of other pipes along the entire coast;
- entrance to the sea / rocky bottom / - very inconvenient and even dangerous: you can suddenly collide with boulders at the bottom, and the stones can reach 1 meter (or more); although invisible to the eye, hidden by water, stones can cause injuries - you can easily knock down your legs (both feet and above the knees);
- beach: pebbles of medium scall (sand and does not smell);
- the sea, of course, is not 50 meters from the hotel (as it is written in the brochure on the website), but about 200-300 meters (taking into account the underground passage through the highway).
By the way, a similar situation, as far as I know, has developed almost on the entire coast (and especially in the area of Konakli / Konakli). Don't think that by coming to a nearby hotel (even with 5 stars) you will get a clean beach and sea: for example, the beach of the 5-star Hotel Timo, located in close proximity to Atlas Beach, is successfully washed by the same shit .

SUMMARY:
The Atlas Beach Hotel 4 ****, like many others located in this area, is not the place where a respectful himself a person, especially with his family (and the hotel seems to be family-run). By the way, I saw a German family that disappeared somewhere a couple of days after the arrival - apparently, they quickly cut through the situation and quickly hit the road from there! . .
The second time I would not return there for anything and under no circumstances.

CONCLUSIONS and ADVICE: love yourself and do not go to this hotel or any other on this coast (in this area); better save up and don't save for yourself - you only live once.
Sorry if I didn’t cover all the nuances, but it’s simply impossible to embrace the immensity ...
I hope this review will be useful to you: brothers tourists need to help each other! ! ! Long live tourism solidarity! ! ! Have a nice holiday! . .
