There is no security for customers at night, because there was a case when a person in a state of intoxication beguiled the door and opened the door with his key, this is a very strange fact to which no one could give an answer! The condition of the hotel is in very poor condition! But there are also good sides of this hotel, for example, all the show programs that the animators prepare are very interesting for both children and adults, these people are really professionals in their field, I would also like to write with gratitude and respect about the staff who work in the restaurant, everyone, without exception, would like to say thank you for the good attitude and friendliness! It's about the staff! In general, I don’t want to consider this hotel for my next trip to Turkey, as there was a very bad sediment on my soul after being rude at the reception and the bar! I hope that the management will read this review and draw conclusions! Since I think that the receptionist is first of all the face of the hotel, and nice and adequate people should work there, just like at the bar!
