We went to Turkey using the Fortuna system. We knew the list of hotels that we could get into, but of course we did not expect that we would end up in the worst hotel.
We received the number very quickly. To the question "Is the number good? " the girl at the reception answered "normal" and only agreed to give a good one for 5 euros... We went up to the "good" room, but it turned out to be busy... at the reception, of course, they apologized for a long time, offered to spend the night in a "normal" room and move in the morning. We agreed, in the morning we moved... to absolutely the same room, only not on the roof and with a view not of the pool, but of the wasteland and a little of the sea. In the new room, which we got for 5 euros, the faucet was constantly flowing, the air conditioner did not really work, towels hung with huge holes and the shower was so clogged with water stone that it was pouring in all directions. other than straight. And on the last day I stand in the shower, all in soap, and then the water is turned off, my husband calls the reception, they say "it's okay, there will be water in 20 minutes. " Maybe, of course, they are accustomed to sit in the shower for 20 minutes in soap, but for some reason I didn’t like it...
Water is a separate story. The water in the shower is salty! The guide assured that this was the problem of the entire area, that it was either in the pipes or in the cleaning system... However, the neighboring hotel (Long Beach), judging by the prices for tours and appearance, simply could not afford this, so we decided that the guide is trying to soften the already negative attitude of tourists to the hotel.

I liked the food very much (namely, the choice of food and its preparation). Meat (chicken, turkey, lamb, fish) was served every day. We cooked borscht twice)))))) very "real", once during the race we were spoiled with grilled trout. Thanks to the Chef, if not for him, there would not be a single good memory of the hotel. Of fruits, only watermelons, melons and grapes... juices - not juices but yupi.
Throughout the hotel they save on air conditioners, they didn’t always turn them on in the restaurant, if you are tired of the heat, go to your room and sit there. There are no other options.
Air conditioning in the room worked....but somehow very strange. Firstly, the temperature was not regulated, it always blew at the minimum temperature. You leave it for the night - you wake up from the fact that you are shaking from the cold (there are no blankets, by the way, you covered yourself with a sheet like a waffle towel). If you turn it off at night, you start to suffocate from the heat... We got used to it: we turned on the air conditioner and opened the balcony door so that cold and hot air mixed. At the same time, the conder turned off when he wanted to. Several times in the middle of the night for no reason, for no reason turned off. The door to the balcony just didn't close. The lock has been broken.
There is no territory, there is nothing to do in the hotel, there is nowhere to even walk in the evening. The nearest civilization is 5 km.
Given the state of the gym, we can say that it simply does not exist. I read a review two years ago, they say, everything has rusted, and so, so far, nothing has changed for the better. We went to see the gym on the first day (my husband is an athlete, this is important for him). There is a pool of blood next to the treadmill... they were surprised, but did not attach any importance. no matter what it could be. Then when he went to work out, they made sure that it was still blood. The track accelerates, and then, without any warning, abruptly stops... Well, the husband held on to the handrails, but someone before him did not. Pancakes fall off the dumbbells, the simulators are not working...

All in all, I can't say enough good things about this hotel. there is nothing good there : )))) (except for food, perhaps). Some 4 * and 3 * hotels, which have been much better! However, we went for the sake of the sea and the sun, which are the same everywhere, which is what we got. The weather was perfect - not a cloud in the sky. More to this hotel or any other hotel of this chain - we have a foot!! ! Fortuna special "thank you" for such a gift.
