We were at the hotel from 07/06/10 to 07/15/10. I must say right away that the hotel is not a youth hotel, but a FAMILY hotel. Lots of small children.
Hotel evaluation criteria:
1. STAFF -5.
2. FOOD - 4.
3. HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE - 4.
4. ANIMATION - 1.
5. SEA AND BEACH - 4.
6. NUMBER - 4.

1. STAFF. The staff is friendly, always ready to support the conversation and help with whatever you need. On the day of arrival at the reception, I met Ali: a friendly young man who had just graduated from the university, with humor. We were initially settled in building B on the 5th floor (the topmost one) overlooking the sea. The room was very hot and the bathroom did not flush. We immediately returned to the reception and asked Ali to change our room. At first he offered to do it "tomorrow or the day after tomorrow" saying that there were no available rooms. However, I insisted and said that I know that there are rooms available. He said that he would look and within two minutes offered us another room (without money "for the service") on the 4th floor in building B. The room was good and more spacious than the previous one. Normal guys also work at the bars. True, sometimes one gets the impression that they are like robots without emotions and conversations, stupidly, doing their job.
2. FOOD. During our stay at the hotel (10 days), we made sure that the hotel has a sufficient selection of vegetables and herbs. Of the cheeses, only two types were presented: simple Dutch and feta cheese. The choice of fruits was small: there were always watermelons and melons, several times they gave green grapes and plums, sometimes they made a fruit salad for the evening from everything previously listed. Every morning there were 5 types of cereal. I didn't really like the fact that there was no warm milk. On the street in the morning I also make an omelette, although there is nothing without it, only from beaten eggs, and flour with sour cream. Two types of buns and bagels were also presented. Now, regarding the side dishes. As I noted earlier, the food is not very diverse. They constantly gave rice, a couple of times they made pilaf with chicken. Every day, two types of vegetables were presented for steam or stew. On the street near the restaurant they gave cutlets on the fire or fish or shawarma (by the way, I don’t recommend the latter - it’s very dry). Of the drinks, as always, there were vending machines with pseudo juices (more like diluted syrups) and red and white wine. At the bar - Cola, Fanta, Sprite and alcohol.
Snack bar by the sea is open from 10 am to 5 pm. But food is served there only from 12. Usually it was some kind of fast food: pizza or hamburgers, french fries, vegetables, 1-2 salads and that's it.
From 15:00 to 16:00, Guzelme is made by the pool - these are Turkish cakes with cheese and meat. Personally, I have not tried them, but I think they should be tasty.

3. HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE. The hotel is located in a relatively small area. Slides work an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. The hotel has three swimming pools. The pools were constantly occupied with sunbeds, although it seemed to me that there were much fewer people than occupied sunbeds. By the sea, there were no problems with sunbeds. There were two bars by the pools. And closer to five it was possible to drink coffee with pastries. There is a spa in the basement of the hotel, where we met the wonderful and very friendly owner Belil. The spa center has a sauna and a hammam free of charge (if I'm not mistaken from 10 am to 5 pm. ) There is also a small indoor pool and a jacuzzi of sorts. There is also a gym in the same spa center (free of charge). True, the simulators there are not the newest, but I had enough chest to train the muscles of the biceps. There is also a jogging track.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby if needed.
From 24:00 to 03:00 in the basement there is a free disco with paid drinks.
There is a volleyball court on the beach. The company for the game is going all the time. Animator Sergey (Sumy, Ukraine) every morning plays the game "Bocha" with the children.
4. ANIMATION. As for the animation, so here I put 1 point out of 5 possible. During the rest, the animators were almost invisible. They were very lazy in their work and were afraid to show themselves once again. According to the schedule, volleyball was played on the beach every morning. At 14:30 in the hotel pool we played water polo and darts. Once we took racquets from the animators to play a little tennis. By the way, they give out all the inventory only until 17:00. Nothing to do in the hotel after dinner. And it is far from the city, so I had to have fun myself, and I won’t be able to play either darts or table tennis, as the animators are hiding somewhere with all the equipment. Every evening at 21:30 the animators organized a show. To be honest, it's complete nonsense. With humor, the animators clearly have problems, and the fantasy is lame. The evening show reminded me of a toastmaster's wedding program. In any case, it is not aimed at young people and children.
5. SEA and BEACH. The sea is warm and quite clean. Near the shore, the waves raise the sand a little, so the first 5 meters the water is not entirely transparent, and then everything is fine. The entry into the sea itself is a bit inconvenient: first, somewhere a meter-long layer of stones the size of a fist, and then again sand and everything is smooth.
The beach is normal with grayish sand. There was no trash on the beach. There are always free beds and mattresses.

6. NUMBER. The room is cleaned daily. Towels are changed irregularly. The bed is only made up. The room has a TV with three Russian channels. The TV itself is small with a diagonal of 14 inches. The disadvantage is that there is no remote control for the TV and that the remote control for the air conditioner is bolted to the hay. Only one and a half liter bottle of non-carbonated mineral water is put into the mini bar every day.
