Brothers in bad luck

Travel time: 7 — 14 july 2010
Rested in July from 07.07 to 14.07. 2010, but not a complete family, the day before the flight, my daughter fell ill with chickenpox, I had to leave home with my grandmothers, at first they were very upset, but then they realized that this could be for the better, which I will describe below ...
We rested from Karya Tour, which we later regretted very much, because at the very height of our vacation, the above-mentioned tour operator became bankrupt! Imagine the situation - the third day of rest, my wife and I are resting in the room after dinner, life is beautiful ...and then a call from the receptionist with a request to go downstairs - to settle some issues. When we approached the administrator, she, with a malicious smile, confronted us with the fact that Kariya tour did not transfer money to them for our vacation, so we either pay for the remaining 5 days from our own pocket or move out! We are shocked, but it turned out we were not alone, from Ukraine in total 14 more families in this hotel got into the same situation, and throughout Turkey - about 2000 people.
Well, the herd and dad is easier to beat), we went to call. Whom we just didn’t call and our travel agents in Ukraine and the embassy and consulate and the hotline that was created in Turkey for people like us ...in short, perhaps not the Pope, but there was no result. By the way, they didn’t let us call from the reception, even for money, and the nearest payphone is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, 15 there and 15 back, so we ran into it pretty much.

In Ukraine, we were confirmed about the bankruptcy of Kariya Tour, but they told us to stay at the hotel, since we had everything paid for, we had vouchers with us. Since there was a big scandal, we were all gathered in a small room, away from the reception, where the manager of this hotel, if I may say so, deigned to come to us. My wife asked for a glass of water, at least from the tap, to which she was told that everything was over for you!
It's a pity that at that time I went to call the payphone, otherwise it would have all ended with her! ! ! When I returned, the dispute was in full swing ...
After a not very long dialogue, after listening to all our arguments that we all have vouchers and payment receipts, that they have a contract directly with Kariya tour, and not with us, and that such disputes are resolved in the presence of a third party ...but to all our arguments, the answer was one - either payment or eviction! When we, in turn, asked to give us a document that would clearly indicate the reason and time of eviction with a signature and a seal, we were also refused ...It came to the point that we were told that our numbers would be blocked and we would not be able to enter! To which we replied that we were not going to give up and that we were calling the police, the consul and a lawyer.
But neither requests, nor arguments, nor even threats gave any result - they were only interested in money, but no one was going to pay for the second time, and we didn’t have that kind of money, but we didn’t go "all inclusive".
In the end, the issue was resolved in our favor, but we found out about it by chance, Ukraine agreed with Turkey that tourists like us would not be evicted from hotels, and those who were already "resting" could stay until the end of the tour. We didn’t hear any apologies, a phrase was thrown, I quote: “Yes, it didn’t work out nicely ... ”
But as they say, you need to look for pluses in everything, so if it weren’t for this unpleasant incident, then we probably wouldn’t have met such wonderful people as Olya and Sasha from Kyiv, Slavik and Ruslana, as well as their daughters Vika and Masha from Svalyava, Vitalik Weiss with his family from Uzhgorod and others, guys, a huge hello to everyone, we remember and love you, I hope to meet soon, but let's better in Ukraine; -))

Also a big hello to Ella, who works in the Turkish bath at the hotel, she is also from Ukraine, she supported us as best she could! By the way, the bathhouse is also very personal, although they didn’t offer us tea there like others, but we really didn’t come there to drink tea))).
I would like to express my special thanks to the Tour Tez company and its guide who works at this hotel, his name is Saifetin, he organized a free transfer to the airport for us.
On the way to Antalya, we talked with many of our compatriots whom we picked up on the way from other hotels, and no one had such an attitude, hotel administrations tried to resolve the issue amicably and find some kind of compromise, and only Aydinbey Gold Dreams 5 * excelled. .. , in my golden dreams of this hotel, I could not even imagine this ...(((

P. S. We are in Turkey for the first time and maybe I would give this hotel three 5, but after such an attitude, I think they will even have a lot of units, although in principle there are practically no complaints about service and food, there are some flaws, but we will not pay attention to their attention... ) You can go to this hotel, but know that if you start having any problems, then you can not count on help from the administration and the manager...
But in spite of all of the above, I think that the holiday was a success, because we ordered the all-inclusive system, so they turned on the extreme for us))) Next summer, only to Turkey, to another hotel, of course, because the country itself is very beautiful, in it is inhabited by mostly pleasant people, so if anyone has any doubts, don't even think about it, just come here. Good luck and have a great holiday! ! ! )))
