We rested in August (me and my mother). At first, after reading the reviews, I did not want to go at all. But since there were no vouchers to other places, I had to... As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were settled in a room in half an hour. The room had one double and one single bed. The TV worked all the time, there were even 2 Russian channels. The air conditioner always worked too! A couple of times they even managed to catch a cold because of him, so they put him at least 20 grams.
Our rooms were cleaned every day, they brought water, changed towels and all that. So we are happy with the service! The restaurant (buffet) has always been varied. How picky we are in food - we liked everything very much, it was delicious! Somehow we decided to go on a shopping tour (this was the only thing that fell out of all the good things). Better don't go! First we were brought to a leather store (the most normal one), then to a gold and textile one. In the latter, it was really a pity to give such crazy money for these terrible things. I don’t even want to take them as a gift, and even more so to buy. Then there was a boat trip. Of course, everything is very beautiful, but after these shops we were exhausted, which was no longer pleasing.
The hotel staff is very polite and unobtrusive. Everyone speaks Russian. At the reception there was also a girl who was fluent in Russian and was constantly there. Animation program - generally at the highest level! I also liked it very much! The animators are all amazing! We left in tears!! ! We were there for two weeks and never regretted choosing this hotel!
