The food at the hotel is monotonous, almost one chicken from meat, several times there was fish. Salads are not the first freshness. There is practically nothing of fruit, although we rested in July, there were only apples, plums and apricots, watermelon sour in places, especially on the beach. Pepsi is poured into small disposable tea cups, rarely into normal glasses, and that is not always tasty, either without gas or not at all sweet. Alcohol only 4 items in one hand. Cocktails are made, but nowhere is it indicated. Ice cream for a fee. We stopped at about 12 at night, asked about food (because the road took us almost a day), we were told to wait for breakfast, although we also paid for this day.
The rooms are good, fairly new, but the cleaning was on 2-, upon arrival in the room there was used soap in the bathroom, they did not respond to the request to clean it. Towels and bedding were never changed for 7 days, even at the request of a tip, no one did anything. There are also problems with water in the hotel, they give out small glasses of 200 ml each. There are no drinks in the mini-bar in the room, except for water, which is not even delivered (claimed 5 *). There is always no hot water either, usually summer, there was often no electricity in the hotel, the Internet in the lobby is very poor. The staff is rude, not Russian speaking, especially at the reception several rude guys work, they don’t want to listen at all.
The beach is dirty, cups of disposable plates and masks are scattered everywhere, the entry is very bad, first stones and then slippery sand compacted almost into stone, it is simply impossible to enter without appropriate shoes.

There is no animation, in the evenings there is nowhere to put yourself.
The indoor pool did not work, the outdoor one is quite good, the water is very warm and clean, everything around the pool is also very clean.
There is no declared free hammam, you have to pay for everything.
Expected 5 *, it turned out that they arrived at 3 *, the rest was ruined.
