We arrived at 10 am and we were forced to wait until check-in until 14:00, this is in the presence of free rooms in the hotel, when they repeatedly asked whether it was possible to speed up the check-in, we were allowed to check in at 12:00 with a scandal. The staff seemed to have been changed, everyone is rude and shameless, the room has never been wet cleaned for 8 days, it’s impossible to walk without slippers, the food has also changed a lot, the assortment has become much smaller, and yesterday’s confectionery was noticed more than once, drinks starting everything from juice to alcohol is diluted with water, it is impossible to drink juice!! ! For a late check-out at 17:00, they paid an extra 30 euros, but there was no way to help take things out, everyone themselves (((So we decided that this was the last trip to this hotel, very sad, but the fact remains !! !
