I looked at the statistics of the hotel, which has been operating for two years, so these compliments were used only 104 times, and the hotel is not tiny, after all, 330 rooms. At our request, the due bottle of wine was replaced with a bouquet of fresh flowers. We decorated the table in the restaurant with rose petals, as well as the bed, well, we thank the hotel for the attention - we are always happy, from such details a real festive mood begins to take shape.
