I'll try to be objective.
From the pros:
Large, spacious area, a lot of vegetation, not noisy.
The sea is nearby, the beach is spacious, sunbeds are free, there is a shadow. The beach is cleaned, but unfortunately, not all small debris. And if rough-and-tumble vacationers didn’t throw cigarette butts into the sand (every two meters there are mini trash cans near the sun loungers, by the way) it would be cleaner.
Several pools of different depths, two slides are functioning.
The food is different (there were delicious dishes, they were not very), but they were not hungry, everything was enough.
Of the minuses:
Internet is free only at the reception and then if there are not many people. In the description of the hotel, this must be indicated, and not to deceive people!
Sauna and hammam on the territory of the hotel are also paid!! ! And in the description it is indicated that it is free - again a scam !!!
Rooms are not cleaned every day. Removed twice. Towels were changed once at our request.

Not a pleasant aftertaste was left by a slightly dismissive attitude of the staff (reception, hotel guide Niyaz). After contacting them, it feels like after visiting the ZhEK. Knowledge of the Russian language, apparently, is the only criterion for the selection of this staff (the staff at the extradition and in the restaurant, by the way, left a good impression).
The rest, on the little things: some sunbeds on the beach are cracked, some unkempt territory, rust in the refrigerator in the room. Bottom with stones, but with corals - this is not a problem. Yes, and then we got used to it even without corals. Often queues for food and drinks.
In general, the rest was satisfied. We chose the hotel based on reviews - we knew where we were going, so there were no special expectations.
The sea smoothed out many shortcomings, so the rating is more for the atmosphere than for the service. . .
