The first thing that caught our eye was torn leatherette sofas (although they were clean and soft in the photo), dirty and broken walls, broken tiles on the floor and one single air conditioner for the entire reception, from which pieces of dirt were sticking out. The staff does not speak Russian from the word at all, I had to use the phone. Naturally, no one fed us or even offered water, although the staff knew that guests would arrive after 23:00. We had a trip after the wedding, this was also not known at the hotel, and naturally there were no conditions for the newlyweds. But this is half the trouble. With grief in half, we were taken to a room along a wildly shabby corridor.
The doors of all the rooms are just a piece of plywood that can be opened even without a key, but just a good push. Room....To say that we were in shock, to say nothing. The first thing I did was kill a cockroach, then another. Further, we were greeted there by two separate beds (for newlyweds, that’s it, yeah) with disgustingly dirty linens, not even ironed. When we asked how we should sleep there, we were simply offered to move the beds, with one bed being higher in level and the other lower. The closet door was broken, the floor was full of holes where you could easily twist your leg. The refrigerator was from the time of the king of peas, from which it stank wildly. The air conditioner was exactly as dirty as the one at the reception, plus it only worked 5 cm away from me. Safe (which is paid) - the funniest thing - it must be closed with a key. The question is, where to put the key if you are going to swim? ))) The bathroom deserves separate compliments - everything, absolutely everything, was moldy and fungus. It was scary to enter this room.

At that very moment, we tried to find out what kind of nightmare it was and how we could move from here, to which neither the hotel staff nor our tour operator wanted to help us, referring to the fact that it was already night. The tour operator, by the way, is Intourist - never contact him. On the advice of the tour operator, we could not wait for the morning in a room with cockroaches and a fungus and went to the beach, which, by the way, is not 150 meters, but all 500-600. Until the morning, my husband and I sat on the beach and simply did not understand what to do. In the morning, our tour operator also did not want to solve our problem, telling us that we were nitpicking. Since we had not eaten for almost a day, we decided to drop by for breakfast in this beach resort and were even more shocked. There were some leftovers of food on the plates, all the dishes were dirty, the tables were covered in crumbs. In the end, we only drank water.
As it turned out later, food was brought there from the neighboring 5-ki, but only leftovers. The food quality is disgusting, you could see it even in appearance. Everything is cooked to the taste of Muslims, but not Europeans. They also have not heard of cow's milk and cow's milk cheese, everything is made from goat's milk and it's simply not possible to eat it. The coffee is just disgusting. But the most important thing is the dirt and the sheer indifference of the hotel staff to this.

We ourselves moved at our own expense to the neighboring 5 * of the same network, because. our tour operator did not want to resolve our issue, and the administration told us that Knox Inn Hill is a hostel for staff and for those who cannot be accommodated at 5 * at night and are asked to spend the night there so as not to wait at the reception, but this is not 4 * stars.
And yes, we bought this barn for 80.000 rubles from the Chip Travel company, now we are suing everyone. So, never think of choosing the Intourist company and the Knox Inn hotel chain.
