I read the reviews, half of it is complete nonsense ! ! Either people were picky to such an extent... We rested with a friend from September 16 to October 1. The hotel is just amazing!!!!!!!!! ! I'm very glad I went there! I'll start from the beginning. Thanks to Pegasus, we were well received. We arrived at the hotel, while we were assigned to rooms, we were taken to a restaurant to eat soup (very tasty soup). We ate, came, and literally in 15 minutes we were already in our room.
The room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the sea and the pool area! ! At first we were a little upset, because the room was old (with old furniture and plumbing), but then we realized that we are not always in the room and in fact it doesn’t matter at all, the main thing is that the view is great! In block A, all the rooms are old (only the 6th floor is new), blocks B and C are new. But in building A, the rooms are larger in area. Rooms were cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every 3 days.
About queues for food: we arrange these queues ourselves!!! ! Our Russians in particular!! ! It's like everyone is afraid that if they don't go from the start, it'll all be over and there won't be any more food!! ! All will be! As soon as something ends, they immediately bring a new one! So everyone will get everything and you can not break in the door! And sometimes it’s even funny when, 15 minutes before lunch or dinner, a queue has already lined up and everyone swears if you never know someone got in !! ! We came half an hour before the start of lunch or dinner, sat down at a table and just listened to music, or played cards, and about an hour later we went and took our own food, there was no longer a queue! The food is very tasty, I liked everything! They do not add much salt to the main dishes and do not add their seasonings. Hot dishes are almost always the same, but there is a lot of everything: fish, meat, chicken, potatoes, mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, and a variety of sauces (mushroom, tomato) and vegetable stew. So every day you can try something different! Chefs always impose a lot, so I don’t understand those people who say that they were given very little, or you eat a lot, that for you half a plate (and the plates there are very large) is not enough, or you raised your voice to cooks, for example, or something rude!

After lunch there were various entertainments: either darts, or water polo, or volleyball on the beach, or some kind of competitions.
The beach is across the road, there is an underground passage. The beach is clean, large (compared to other hotels). Sometimes there are not enough sun loungers for everyone, but we found a way out, took such straw "beds" with us (I don't know what they are called), or lay on our towels on the hot sand. The entrance to the sea is good and big enough (again compared to other hotels). And about stones, there are stones everywhere, you can’t get away from them! And it does not depend on the hotel!
At 9 o'clock the mini disco started, every day the same thing, of course we were fed up, but the children liked it. Music and dancing in all hotels are the same (this is for those who say that there is no animation for children in the hotel at all, which is monotony). No matter which hotel you go to, mini disco is the same everywhere. The mini disco ended, and at 10 o'clock the entertainment program for adults began. Of course, it is designed for those who rest for a week, since we rested for 2 weeks, we looked at everything 2 times, but we were absolutely not upset, everything was super!! ! These are competitions: a couple of SVS, Miss SVS, Mr. SVS, belly dance, fashion show (Turkish leather factory), bingo, what else was there, I don’t remember already) well, sometimes they just turned on the music and people came out to dance (it was the same as a show , especially when people drink a lot and arrange such things there, PPC is simple)! Then at 11 o'clock Justin called everyone to a foam disco in Claes Disco (this is a hotel, about 5 minutes drive), a free bus came and the entrance for hotel residents was also free. Drinks are paid, basically all alcoholic drinks cost $10-15, juices and cola $5. Back the first bus at 2.30, the rest every hour. The foam show started at 2:30. Super disco, I really liked everything!! ! The music is wonderful! Thank you very much to our animators - Justin and Niko - for a good mood and a wonderful holiday, they will not make you bored!! ! These are the coolest animators!
Very good people work at the reception, if something does not suit you or something is wrong, you will contact and solve any problem. A Russian girl Yulia works there, so everything will be easy to explain.

Turkish sauna. I do not advise you to go to the bath at the hotel. Although, as soon as you arrive, the attendant Ruslan will definitely meet you, you will immediately recognize him, such a fat and nasty in his face, and generally a nasty man. He will suck you in with his bath, persuade you in all sorts of ways, even be offended, but you do not agree. It is better to approach the guides and buy a Hamam from them, it is not very far, about 15 minutes drive. And it costs $ 5 less, and a large building there, and not like in a hotel in the basement.
Staff. The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing! Mainly due to the staff, the rest becomes cool! Although almost all of them do not understand either Russian or English, only Turkish, but you can show everything with gestures if you need something, and in bars they know the basic words (vodka, whiskey, sprite, cola, etc. ).
What they say about guides, about the fact that they immediately go somewhere and do not help, this is complete nonsense !! ! Maybe people consider transformens as their guides, who simply take everyone to their hotels, bring them to the reception and leave, so they say that they disappear immediately. But these are not guides! And your hotel guides are those who sit every day in the hotel! Our guides were Arina and Rustem, wonderful guides, and even more wonderful people! They sit on the sofas at the reception from 9 am to 9 pm every day, seven days a week (the exception is when one of them goes on an excursion, but the second one is always on the spot), they leave the workplace only to eat or go there on business (to the toilet ). Something you do not like, there are some problems with the number, they will always try in every possible way to solve your problem. If you want to know something, ask, they will answer everything in detail and tell you! You can even just sit with them for another hour to talk about everything! Thanks to Arina and Rustem!!!!! ! Many even from Tez Tour approached Arina and Rustem and asked some questions, and all because the Tez Tour guides were not there! Of course, I don’t want to say that Tez Tour is a bad company, but if we compare the work of Tez Tour and Pegasus hotel guides, then of course Pegasus is much better, organized. Tez Tour guides came only for an hour 2 times a day, sometimes they were not even there at all. So I'm very glad that I went with Pegasus.
The market comes every Tuesday. We were very lucky with the hotel, with the location, as the bazaar comes directly to the neighboring streets. From other hotels, everyone comes specially to the bazaar, but we just left the hotel and you are already at the bazaar. There is everything from underwear to fruits and vegetables. The main thing is to bargain, as they overestimate the price, almost 2 times already (almost! ).

Be sure to take a walk around the village, along the streets, do not be afraid that you will get lost (there is simply nowhere to get lost) or hungry Turks will attack you there)))) This is all nonsense. We walked around at night and everything was fine.
If not with a tour, then by yourself, be sure to go to Alanya. Just at least look at these streets, houses, people, in general, at this beauty! You get up near the hotel, you see that there is a bus on the road that says "Alanya Center", stop, sit down, pay $ 2 per person and go to the final one. And back also, come to this bus station, look for a bus where “Mahmutlar” is written, it’s better to ask in advance whether it goes to SVS, and go, see your hotel and ask to stop. That's all. It seems to have told everything.
I want to say one thing. If you come to rest, try to close your eyes to some little things, they are everywhere, but enjoy your vacation!!!! ! If you keep repeating all day long that you don't like this or that, you will ruin your vacation for yourself !!!! ! You need to go with a good mood and positive, because with what mood you came, you will spend your vacation!!! ! You came to relax, not to eat and sleep (so no need to complain about the food and rooms)! Even if you don’t like food, there are some advantages, you will lose weight at the same time, cleanse your body, because everyone eats vegetables! And yet, the hotel is quite consistent with the money given for it! You see for yourself, you paid quite a penny, and what do you want then? ? What a price - such a quality! When you buy vouchers, approximately expect that for this money you and the hotel will receive the corresponding one!
All in all we had a great time and would love to come back again! IN BONE CLUB SVS!!! !
