After, you will see the foyer, which just needs repair. Do not be surprised that the temperature inside and outside is the same, because they do not have air conditioners) And yes, you will be met not only by the receptionist, who does not speak Russian very well, but also by women and men in swim shorts.

When registering as a souvenir, we gave an Alenka chocolate bar, asked for a hotel with a sea view (standard), they seemed to understand us and gave us a miracle key (if all hotels already have ordinary key cards, then here is the key for the lock and a map for the system, but more on that later). We were also told the conditions for staying at this hotel. It turned out that the safe was paid ($ 2 per day), the Internet was paid ($ 10 per day), alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were paid after 23 hours and many other rules... They also gave cards for towels, I will write about this below.
Having familiarized ourselves, a little guy took our suitcase, and we went to the building. On the way, they didn’t say a word to us, they didn’t even explain where and what is on the territory, there is no map of the hotel territory.

It turned out that we were settled already on the 5th floor, in fact on the 6th, attic floor, that is, we didn’t have half the wall and space, literally banged our heads, going up to the chair and table. The room was originally booked for 2 adults, when a couple checks into the hotel, they usually immediately give a large bed for two, then the beds were separate and small as if for children. Noticing this, we immediately asked to replace the room with one large bed. At first they said that there were no other rooms, then they took us to another one, where there was exactly half the space, your personal room would be exactly larger... Having asked to move the beds, we stayed.
When the guy left, we were able to see the room normally. The closet is very old, there is a safe of doubtful strength in it, there are 2 pairs of slippers, enough hangers, but there are no shelves for things, I had to put everything on one top, and it was difficult to stretch with my small stature. The bathroom didn't disappoint at all. Old plumbing, there was almost no light, some stains that could not be wiped off, dirt and stains. When we opened the toilet with the inscription "clean", it was clear to us that it was not clean at all, it was scary to look at the bottom of the toilet.
The shower cabin is also strange, because of the frosted doors nothing was visible at all, there was not enough space on the soap shelf even for 3 tubes, everything is rusty and covered in chalky stains. Mirrors in the bathroom and in the room are chipped and divorced. Once a drop of cream fell on the mirror, removed it, but there were stains, so they remained there until our departure... I will write about cleaning the rooms below.

Bed linen with stains and hair, towels are torn. They didn’t even think to clean the dust in the room, the floors were washed with a solution, if you walk on the floor with wet feet, you can be sure that you will fall, as it is very slippery. Oh yes, our sea view! Yes, we saw the sea, but in the distance, somewhere on the side, and yet its edge was. And before our eyes there was a field with a hut and chickens, fantastic views! By the way, the condition of the furniture, as well as in the foyer, was not the best.

Here, too, there are nuances. It's no secret that the electricity supply system in the room is powered by it. In addition to the fact that the air conditioner did not work properly, namely its 17 degrees, in fact it was 25 somewhere, under the attic and in the sun it was very difficult for him, it was always stuffy in the room. The refrigerator is also powered by a card, so as soon as you take it away, all its contents begin to deteriorate, as it heats up unrealistically, we don’t know why.
They asked to solve this problem, but we were told that this is how the system works, the air conditioner was not fixed either. Therefore, we asked for a change of room, but it was changed to us only after a while. While given an extra key card that stayed in the room all day. Oh yes, there is only one key for one room. Therefore, if you are also dying from stuffiness or want to save food, then ask the director for an additional card!
But even with the change of number, the problems did not end.
Towels
It is worth taking your own towels to this hotel or taking money. Those cards that are given to you upon check-in mean nothing. The spa will offer you beach towels for a dollar, no, it's not a deposit, it's the cost of use. Towels are not in the best shape and condition, so for the same amount you can buy them on the street. The exchange of a beach towel for a clean one is also a dollar. When asked what kind of inadequate it was, they told me that this is a new system and the whole of Turkey works this way, and you can wash them with pens from salt. A boorish answer, in my opinion.

You cannot take towels from your room to the beach, because they are white! But no one is going to change them. On the 3-4th day, I could not stand it and went to find out the “new system”, it turned out that they were changed either on demand or after 3 days. Moreover, if you have 3 towels in your room, and threw 2 on the floor, then the third one will not be changed for you, because they decide that it is clean. See the maid, demand a replacement. Sometimes they do not report towels to the room, please note, then there may be problems with the calculation.
Cleaning
This is something that the hotel does not do at all. Of course, at the peak of the season, no one will wipe the dust from the paintings, in principle, as well as from horizontal surfaces, be prepared for this. Floors after cleaning in soapy divorces, slippery, small pebbles and hair both lay and lie. We were indignant about the cleaning 3 times, even the director 2, but no one cares. When we entered the first room, there were cotton swabs and hair in the bedside table, and in general it was dirty in the room after the “show”, we asked for cleaning, but everything remained the same.
After 4 days, we left it, sticks and hair remained intact even after going to the director. Nothing has changed in the new room, only there were no other people's hair and forgotten things. Our refrigerator was leaking due to the electrical system, none of the maids noticed it. When my towel fell between the chair and the wall, I saw the whole nightmare of life under the bed. When cleaning, they do not move any table or chair, and indeed no things lying on the floor.
By the way, if you are placed above the restaurant, then be prepared for the ants!
Hotel area
There are no beautiful flowering or green areas here. 2 pools with superchlorinated water, 3 slides, 2 bars, restaurant, mini-shops, photo booth.
Nutrition
And here we were disappointed. Arriving home, I was happy with hot dishes, as everything is served cold. There is no air conditioning in the restaurant either, sweat just drips onto your plate. There is little choice of food, almost everything cooked on the grill is semi-finished products from soy and paper. Although pastries and sweets are delicious.

There is no table service. You look for knives and forks yourself in mini-baskets, where they are usually sticky, dirty, in crumbs and dried food. The plates are also dirty, stained, chipped. Instead of disposable cups, the hotel uses reusable plastic cups, believing that they do not need to be washed. You drink water from them and realize that before that they drank beer or vodka from it... it's disgusting. For wine, they give exclusively red-hot glasses, that it is impossible to drink wine, first it must be cooled. Although several times we were given wine in general in plastic glasses.
The bar has no concept of a cocktail or the ability to mix anything. Only vodka, cancer, gin, beer and wine. Nothing but beer to drink is unrealistic. Gin is generally similar to diluted vodka. Although there is "sex on the beach", which is only served at the pool bar. This is a cocktail in a huge container that stands in the sun all day, then it is poured and 2 cubes of people are added, which they took out of a bucket of water, but this hot drink cannot be saved by them. Be prepared that there are no juices (only UPI), tea selection, soda is also on the bar. In general, the bar resembles an ordinary bar with empty shelves behind.
The terrace of the restaurant is smoothly combined with the pool, so you are not surprised that you are eating, but splashes, toys, and views of swimmers are flying at you. Also, do not be surprised to see food in the pool, as some children wash their hands there at lunch or dinner, or eat right in the pool.
Beach

Almost all the guests of the hotel have their legs cut off, we ourselves fell into the crevices a couple of times. There was a period of waves, so the sea is muddy. Believe me, this is not only our opinion, we have been told more than once that we are disappointed with the hotel. Caretta Relax Hotel 4 * did not live up to expectations at all, we will not advise anyone, in fact it is 2 stars maximum.
