In addition to animation, everything else causes not only criticism, but also indignation. This is not due to our high demands for service, but to the attitude of individual hotel employees. Someone Tatyana, looks like an administrator, but not only does nothing depend on her, but she also worsens the situation of vacationers: for example, in a room for three adults - 3 beds, 1 bedside table, 1 table lamp, 4 hangers in the closet, we asked for another bedside lamp and hangers, they didn't give us anything (it's in a 5 star hotel!!!!! ).
In general, I must say that the rooms are 12-13 meters high with low ceilings, balconies are 1-2 square meters each. In fairness, it should be noted that the free safe, and the TV with satellite channels, and the towels on the beach are excellent. But in the room we could not be cleaned for 5 days and the towels and the bed were not changed, only after the scandal they paid attention to us. It turned out the maids do not have time to clean the rooms!
Waiters and bartenders, in principle, are normal guys, but they have instructions from the administration: exactly 10 minutes before the end of the all-inclusive, remove all dishes from the restaurant, glasses and cups from bars, stop selling any drinks except, of course, paid ones! The food in restaurants and bars is normal, the only pity is that everything is the same - it gets boring quickly and it is difficult to assess the quality. There is no pier on the beach, sun loungers could sometimes be washed - very dirty due to sandy dust, and there are no free water activities.

And here's the worst thing: the doors slam wildly in the rooms, you especially feel it in the morning, at 6-7 o'clock, when this not only wakes you up, but your head starts to hurt. You have to wait for the elevator for 10-15 minutes, but it turns out that the maids collect dirty linen on it (there is no cargo or utility elevator).
The hotel guides made a special impression. We have been to Turkey 9 times already, but for the first time, hotel guides, if you don’t buy excursions from them, just start to hate you and not only don’t help, but also spoil your vacation! Guven was such a guide (or whatever it is - it’s even disgusting to remember). Moreover, the girl Saltanat hardly speaks Russian, but she is very actively using the restaurant.
Normal hotel in general, but not 5 stars; for the cost requested for it DOES NOT DRIVE!
