The hotel is just awful, the worst hotel we have ever seen. There are simply no words to describe it all. And the meeting guide from Join Apa is also no better. When we were supposed to fly back home, they even forgot us at the hotel, confusing us with some other tourists from another hotel. I do not recommend going to this hotel, nor do I recommend dealing with Join Up.
