I just returned from this hotel yesterday, so I decided to share my impressions while they are fresh. So, buckle up, let's go!! !
May 9 at 6:00 flew with a friend and 2 children (8 and 10 years old) from Donetsk in a festive mood (Victory Day!! ! ) with Turtess company. Honestly, the hotel was chosen according to 2 main criteria: an advertised kids club and an economical price, so they didn’t count on chic, but I wanted it to be cozy and interesting for children. Upon arrival, it turned out that we were not on the transfer list, but, thank God, this problem was quickly resolved. The guide girl on the bus was a sweet talker, so the 2.5 hours to the hotel flew by. At the reception, we were met by a gloomy receptionist, who, at our request to provide a room on the 3rd floor, said: I don’t know anything, as the rooms are released. In order not to waste time, having received bracelets, we went to explore the territory.
It turned out to be quite large and green, but, as a friend said, "not dead". It is immediately clear that the hotel is old and tired. But, in fact, it was not very upsetting (at least for me : -)) So we reached the pool bar. And again, the sullen bartender gave us drinks in the most ordinary 10-kopeck plastic glasses. It tensed up. No one asked for rock crystal dishes, but it was somehow quite cheap. Cocktails with alcohol are given out only in small glasses, and at the same time they look at you with such condemnation and a look like: well, how did you get drunk all of you! (although it is still only the beginning of May, and it seems that all the hotel staff worked all winter without rest and were very tired by the beginning of the season). We returned to the reception to get the key after all. Naturally, taking into account our request for a room on the 3rd floor, the receptionist decided to send us to 1.

We decided to ask again on our own head, he sighed and sent us to the 2nd floor, the hand did not reach the 3rd floor. This is probably the principle of this: do not give hotel guests what they ask for. We were assigned a porter, and now he leads us to... Oh, I would like to know right away... In general, we were settled in building 25, room number 10. As they explained to us, the rooms are all standard and the same, but as it turned out later, they far from the same. Despite the beautiful photos on the tour operator's website, the room turned out to be small, though 2 rooms. It smelled awful of dampness. But the main nightmare was the bathroom. I must say right away that I am not picky and I was not going to spoil my vacation with a scratch on the tile. But here my optimism was not enough: the toilet was so old, shabby and scary that the children were afraid to use it, the shower cabin was closed with a sliding door, covered with a strong layer of mold at the bottom. The water pressure is good, so the jets from the shower hit in all directions, it was necessary to catch.
Pleased with cheerful ants crawling between our bath accessories. Despite the fact that we are 4 people, they gave 2 towels, however, as well as blankets. As it turned out later, the audibility in the rooms is such that we lived in building 1 as a friendly family, knowing all the details about each other, including intimate ones. : -) Having coped with the first shock, we went to lunch. And as luck would have it, on that particular day, it was so poor that we wanted to cry... From the meat we found only pieces of chicken roll, there was not enough greenery, so we left hungry. For the sake of truth, it’s worth saying right away that in the future, the saturation of dinners was better. We went to see the famous children's club, which, according to our ideas (thanks to advertising), should have looked like a kind of children's town with animators painted with happy kids, etc.
As a result, our eyes appeared in a small fenced corner between the pool and the snack bar, on the territory of which there was a small hut (this is the club itself), a children's swing and a toilet in the distance. in the doorway of the hut stood a squat, well-fed Turkish woman, with one hand to her side, and wrapping a toy around her finger with the other. Looking at her formidable appearance, our girls immediately said: we will not go there! (But even before leaving, my daughter dreamed of doing arts and crafts, and theater, etc. ). I don’t understand where there should have been a division into 3 age categories, but there were only 2 small rooms in the hut, and then there was also 1 animator Nazar. During the day, he is very sad, and in the evening he spends a rather lively children's disco with the guys. In general, my friend and I said goodbye to the dream of sitting quietly by the pool while our children have fun in the club. By the way, it’s better to keep silent about adult animation, because.
it's just a mockery. During the day 1 time gymnastics, 1 time darts, 2 club dances by the pool. And in the evening - mediocre vulgar shows in an incomprehensible language, because the animation team are Turks, bad, but they speak a lot of broken Russian + adds English (for whom? Only the CIS is in the hotel) and a lot of Turkish text. And what is strange: when the audience starts laughing loudly and a lot (it’s just that people are having fun on their own), they start shouting from the stage: hey there, stop drinking, listen to what they say to you! Cool, yeah? ! I understand that the evening programs are basically the same for everyone, but the level of their performance is clearly different. In order not to frighten the reader completely, I want to say that the best thing in this hotel is the sea! ! ! It turned out to be warm, gentle, with a sandy shore and a convenient gradual entrance (at the beginning there were a few stones, and then sand).

The water, depending on the time of day, is either blue or turquoise, but very clean, salty and so cool. The beach and sunbeds are quite enough, there are no mattresses and towels, you have to take your own. At the infocoteil the next day, we were informed by the no less sullen representative of the company, Turtess Erkin, who spoke without opening his teeth. With all his appearance, he showed how "fucked up" he was with working with stupid Slavs, how lucky his brother was, who works with the Germans. That street tours are garbage, and it amazes him how we are all pulled there, and then everyone crawls on their knees to him. Okay, this has nothing to do with the hotel, just one on one layered. We asked about the sameness of the rooms, he assured us of this, but then, when our friends arrived and settled them in room 1307 for a pack of cigarettes, we saw a renovated room with a clean new bathroom.
Then, at the very end of the vacation, we spoke with guest relation Tatyana, and she said that indeed, by this season, the rooms in the buildings from the reception were renovated, and those that were further away were left without repair. Draw your own conclusions. I just think that the tour operator should be aware of this... We also asked a question about the kids club. Erkin made a sour face and said: but now is not the season, what do you want? Decent, isn't it? Where is this even half a word said? Why should we not receive the declared and so advertised service, for which, in fact, we chose this hotel? With the fact that there are already a lot of children at this time. Eh... In general, the hotel has 1 dining room (I can’t call it a restaurant at all), 1 pool bar, 1 snack tank (only there we met friendly guys). There are also shops with all sorts of souvenir and household crap, textiles, jewelry.
The prices are very decent and traded normally (for example, we went to the exit Sunday market to the right of the hotel 300 meters and to Alara to the left of the hotel 750 meters, both there and there more expensive than at the hotel). There is a mini zoo which consists of 3 ducks and 3 guinea fowls. There is a hammam and a massage room. Didn't dare to go, I don't know. 2 pools: 1 deep (170 cm) at the bar and 1 with two slides (from 130 to 150 cm). Near each there are small squares with children's pools. By the way, during the operation of the slides, the pool overflows the banks and you have to catch your slippers, because they are blown away by water. The territory of the hotel is divided into 2 parts: 1 - buildings, dining room, main pool, 2 - pool with slides, snack bar, beach. Between them there is a small road, on which transport rarely, but drives, you need to be careful with the kids. Meals in total turned out to be quite sufficient, but so repetitive from day to day that by the end of the vacation I could no longer look at chicken and rice.
Desserts - a complete zero, from fruits in the midst of the strawberry and watermelon season: apples and orange slices. Every single day is just that. If you exit the hotel to the right and just around the corner turn right again, then you will come out to shops where everything is a super market, you can buy strawberries, still cheaper than in the hotel. In general, thanks to the hotel and Turtes, but I will DEFINITELY never come back here voluntarily! Have a good rest and do not make mistakes when choosing!
