We bought a ticket and paid for it at the beginning of May 2019. The hotel confirmed the availability of a room for the period we requested, but upon check-in it turned out that there were no rooms available. We arrived at the hotel at 19.00, late, but the hotel had already received payment for the room from us. And we would sit for a long time, if not for a child of 2.5 years. For the night they put us in a more expensive room (the buildings are closer to the water park), but they warned that we should leave it at 9.00. And in the morning you wake up the child and stretch with him sleepy and bags, suitcases in the lobby. Who rested with young children, the amount of luggage understands. By the way, improved should be quoted. The cabin is leaking, the toilet is leaking, it smells terribly of sewage (a room on the first floor). Only at dinner time we were moved to a bungalow.
The children's menu is meager, there are no soups for the child from the word at all. Every day there was spicy soup, which you can’t give a child. I understand that not all children eat first courses, but there are those who need it and they ask. Moreover, the hotel is focused on family holidays with a large children's water park. It is difficult to feed a child for a week only mashed potatoes, pasta and chicken. Such a variety and an adult on the third day will get bored. On the fourth day, many Russian-speaking tourists arrived and the variety of food in the main restaurant and for adults became much scarcer. They did not remain hungry, but a strange trend.
And most importantly, after which I do not recommend this hotel to families with small children: the price list of the hotel indicates the possibility to extend the stay in the room for a fee. My child sleeps in the afternoon and this was the biggest reason why we chose this hotel. In the evening before the day of departure, we went to the reception and were refused to extend the room, although 20 minutes. ago another family (Russian speakers) with the same child was offered this option. We decided to come back in the morning, but the managers of the other shift again categorically refused both us and the guide, demanded to vacate the room, but immediately extended the number to the German tourist. As a result, the child did not sleep and the flight home became a nightmare (they flew to Turkey absolutely calmly).

All the good stuff about free unlimited ice cream and swim diapers just died. And yet, if your child is neat, you have weaned off the diaper and you want to go to the toilet at sea - run, run very quickly and hope that the child will endure. We didn't always succeed.
