We rested not for the first time in Turkey and were always satisfied with everything, I never thought that the rest could end in such a nightmare. We rested from October 11, unexpectedly on October 17 they decided to close the hotel, although we had to rest until the 21st. Due to the forced relocation on the 17th, we packed our things and after 9 o’clock went to the beach, when at about 11 o’clock we returned to the room and found that we had been robbed, the worst thing was that our passports, bank cards, money were stolen, besides that, dad’s medication was gone ( he is hypertensive), my glasses (-8 diopters), camera, tablets, and they didn’t even disdain my makeup. It's a shame that the jewelry was gone, among which was a family heirloom ring, the last gift from grandfather. When I noticed the loss, I turned to the reception with a request to call the police, a representative of the travel agency and connect me with the consulate, my request was simply ignored. Fortunately for me, I still had a phone and I was able to contact my mother and she dictated the number of the consulate. While I was waiting for the gendarmes and the tour operator at the reception, no one offered even a glass of water, and seeing my tears, the hotel workers walked and grinned. Only after I contacted the consulate and it began to call the hotel, an hour and a half later the gendarmes arrived. The gendarmes did not speak Russian or English, and although we do not speak Turkish, they did not invite us to an interpreter, and they did not want to wait for a representative of the travel agency. We were taken for a long time, transferred from car to car, the gendarmes and the hotel administration stopped and got out near some house, and we were ordered to sit in the car. In the end, we nevertheless reached the gendarmerie, all the way I periodically received calls from the consulate, and probably this is the only reason we survived. After our statements were accepted in the gendarmerie (some woman translated, we don’t even know what she translated there), we were brought back to the hotel and only then they took fingerprints from me and 2 other hotel workers, although at least 5 maids worked there. This was not the end of the matter, when I asked the manager who should compensate for what was stolen from the room, the manager (I don’t know his name, he never introduced himself) said that we ourselves stole things from ourselves and arranged a search of our remaining things at the reception (there is a photo ). I have never experienced such humiliation in my life when a stranger, without any reason or permission, digs into my linen. When dad took a photo of the search on his phone, the manager began to scoff and began to take happy selfies in front of us. Personally, he threatened me with reprisals if we didn’t leave the hotel this very second, I got scared and we immediately left. To say that the vacation was ruined is to say nothing, we waited with horror for the remaining days to see if we would receive temporary documents to return home or not, and whether we would even stay alive. I was able to admit that we were threatened with reprisal only today, when I returned home, because I was worried about my father’s health, he is hypertensive, and his medicine was stolen. There are photos of the search, there are copies of statements from the gendarmerie, there are temporary documents. To confirm our arrival at the hotel can be the operators of the tour, the consulate and the gendarmerie. I NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL YOUR HOLIDAY MAY END WITH THE SAME NIGHTMARE!
