There are only Russians in the hotel, and the Turks don't really try for us. The rooms are almost all with problems. A lot of vacationers are simply in shock, constant swearing at the reception.
The site says that it is located 5 km from Alanya, this is not true... 15 km. It is located in the village of Payalar, a 40-minute walk from Konakli. The hotel is on the outskirts, there are no shops or cafes nearby.
There are no cots or high chairs for children, although again this is stated on the website.
There were not enough sun loungers on the beach. Beach towels were not provided.
We were a big company, there should have been three DBl numbers. We were given a family room, in which it is simply not possible to live with a child. Air conditioning one for two rooms, stained carpet, battered furniture, doors do not close from dampness. Shower cabin without doors, rusty plumbing. View of the dog kennel, the dump of old furniture and the trousers of Turkish employees. Two other rooms were given on the roof, in half-glass houses, without curtains, where there is no elementary mirror, the toilet bowl does not work, with wooden floors like in a sauna.
Moving to other rooms required a lot of effort and nerves. After that we were given other rooms, which only at first glance were better!
In one room there was constant dampness, dripping from the ceiling in the bath, constant water on the floor, the smell of mold in the room itself, the bed from dampness, things were wet, the carpet was dirty. Linen and towels were not changed. Only after our comments, it was done.
In the second room the shower didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.
In the third room, a mouse was shitting and the air conditioner did not work.
There were "friends" in the hotel by misfortune, and unfortunately there are a lot of them!
The food is monotonous, mostly tomatoes, cucumbers, pasta. Soy "meat" semi-finished products are not possible. Once they gave chicken, I had to stand in line as in stagnant times for a couple of pieces that the chef personally gave out !!!! ! Just humiliating!
The dishes at the pool bar and beach gave the impression that they had not been washed at all! On the mugs are the remnants of lipstick, stained glasses.
In general, the rest was just ruined! I note that this is not the first time in Turkey, I had to rest in threes and fours, but these 3+ simply plunged me into horror. Double hotel!!!
The only plus is the area.
