I bought a ticket with a friend because of the affordable price three days before departure + canceled the test for coronovirus.
Check-in was until 12:00, but the room was bad, small on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator, the steps are high), the windows overlooked the greenhouses and were not cleaned, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, towels, bed linen were all stained. They asked to be moved to another, but they said that all the rooms are the same. as a result, they moved to a larger room on the 1st floor with a large balcony, but there was no hair dryer in the room, and remote controls for the TV and air conditioning (brought at our request).
Bad:
1) hotel near the main road - in the morning you can hear the noise of cars
2) cleaning of the room and change of towels was on the 5th day after our requests to clean the room
3) beach towels are not provided
4) modest food: no choice of fruit (oranges for lunch, watermelon in the evening), meat / fish dishes (once one dish for lunch and in the evening, if you're lucky, there will be a grilled dish)
5) in general the hotel/restaurant is not well maintained
6) in the evening there is nowhere to go outside the hotel
7) sand and pebble beach, near the shore there are boulders under water - you need aquashoes
Good:
1) the territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed, many beautiful plants
2) friendly staff: the staff of the hamam, especially Svetlana (helped in all matters), cheerful animators.
3) there is a good market on the territory (there is a choice and prices are cheaper than in other markets outside the hotel) and a very pleasant seller
4) the beach belongs to the hotel - 2 min. walk through the underpass, found the entrance to the water without boulders, along the coast there is only one beach of a 5-star hotel, there are no more beaches
5) sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas on the beach are free
6) close to Alanya, you can ride the city bus at any time.
7) the sea is gorgeous
In general, our vacation was a success (beautiful sea, excursions, wonderful weather 33 degrees warm) despite the bad + excellent service and support of the TUI travel agency in Ukraine and Turkey.
