Good afternoon.
So we rested in Anjoy, which means joy in translation...
Joy was never there. . .
I don’t even know where to start, the first impression is SHOCK.....
I wanted to burst into tears and demand to be relocated anywhere, and when, 2 hours after the settlement, the electricity was cut off in the entire village, I was completely covered, there was no water, because. there are pumps, no toilet flush, no shower from the road. We walked and walked in this stuffiness, spit on everything, and jumped into the pool, despite the ban on swimming after 19:00, it’s impossible, they chlorine... after swimming in the pool in complete darkness, the mood noticeably improved, and refreshed from the road, we went to the room , taking with them a candle near the body, opened the window and retired to sleep . .

Reception: Quite a depressing sight, the waterfall did not work, everything was somehow sticky and dirty, safes open with great difficulty. They accommodated us quickly, all our requests were responded to immediately, but they have a financial constraint. . .
Number: I asked not to settle in a bungalow, and we got room 112 on the 3rd floor in the main building, the air conditioner worked !!! ! at night it’s so stuffy that it’s impossible to sleep... Instead of beds, there are 2 mattresses, clean linen, snow-white and clean towels, but somehow everything is very sad, to a minimum... no comfort, plaster has collapsed on the wall, behind the TV, not a carpet on the floor nothing... In the bathroom and in the whole room there is old meager furniture, some shelves....but everything worked, the toilet was flushed, there was water in the shower, the watering can broke, we went to the reception and after 20 minutes it was replaced with new . . For a week of rest, the room was not cleaned even once, I somehow tidied up myself... , there are only 2 maids in the hotel. The room seems to have everything, but not cozy and comfortable : (
Canteen / Meals: Well, this is the saddest thing, and it’s not that there is no meat, okay, vegetables, but there’s soooo little that people sometimes behaved simply indecently... The worst thing is that you need to look for everything, spoons, plates and etc. , but I had to drink coffee in small milk jars instead of a cup for the first time. for a week, vacationers climbed after him through the windows of the dining room...
By the end of the holiday, we were already joking with other vacationers that we had a competition in the dining room: "Get your own food : )"

They put an air conditioner in the dining room, but it couldn’t cope with the room, you need 4 of them there, so you have to eat in stuffiness, wiping sweat with napkins....Everything is dirty, the glasses are stained, the tablecloths seem to be washed, but everything is stained... And on the street is generally terrible, on a scorched and neglected lawn, pelted with cigarette butts of vacationers, there are some incomprehensible tables, as if from roadside cafes, and in general, there is a feeling that everything that is in this hotel, dishes, furniture, everything written off from other hotels. . .
Bars: There are none, what they call a bar is a beer shop, the choice is not rich, beer and vodka. . .
Territory: The gardener should be killed for this, or at least fired! It can be seen that once the territory was very beautiful, there are still beautiful plantings and flowers in some places, but everything is terribly neglected, the lawn, as I wrote, is trampled, sunburned and in places above the knee, cicadas are chirping in these wild thickets, plastic glasses are lying around , cigarette butts, etc. Cats walk all over the territory and mark the territory, there was still a chicken, funny : )
Beach: Well, sunbeds ran to borrow at 6 am, umbrellas only 5!! ! half are broken, half are just old and, again, probably decommissioned from other hotels. all different. .
The sea is warm, clean, but inconvenient entrance, we brought special shoes with us and easily entered the water and swam without problems, I really liked the cave there, the only picturesque place on the beach, but I had to first remove cigarette butts, glasses, bags and sorry, gaskets... We organized a trash can in the corner ourselves, took a bucket of yogurt in the form of an urn, and people began to take the garbage to one place, and so they threw glasses and cigarette butts wherever they wanted . . During the week of rest, I only saw someone collect garbage. By the way, on the last day, the rusty stairs that lead you down to the beach began to break down. . .
Animation Entertainment: She is not there, there is one guy with a creative hairstyle who holds a mini-disco in the evenings and plays the same music at the disco until 23:00, once it was like a fire show, once a miss hotel.

Staff: Mostly friendly, you can see that they are underpaid and they work without much inspiration, they tried to smile at us, but there is a certain indifference in everything, no cups? well, wait, and move on. There is simply no service, no one serves, which is not a standard for a triple! holiday village, but it's definitely not a 3, for sure!!!!
In spite of everything, we had a good rest, we tried to laugh at everyone and look positively, but what to do? : )
From the rest, I expected to sunbathe and swim in the warm sea, I got it in full, but in such a bench, sorry, sadness still sometimes covered me, even if at least they put the lawn in order and washed everything properly, everything would be perceived differently...
Thank God we only rested there for a week, but as pensioners, since there was no desire to have fun in the dirty and smelly, sorry, places of this hotel! They squeeze the last out of the hotel, it’s clear that a long time ago it was a very cozy and I wanted to become a hostess : ) and put things in order there, so sorry for him...
That's it.
