We rested with children from June 2 to June 12, we chose a hotel based on the reviews of tourists, which we later regretted a lot. We decided for ourselves that we can only rely on our own experience. We rested in 3 * and 4 * and 5 * stars, but we have never seen such disgusting in terms of maintaining the beach, catering and service in the restaurant! The hotel pulls on 3 with a big minus, I would not advise even the enemy to go there! Read the review to the end and make the right choice for yourself!
Now in more detail: We took a ticket from Pegasus, there were no problems with the transfer, they brought and took away from the hotel without delay, the guides do not help tourists in any way, they only stupidly listen to complaints. The room settled without problems, block 9, overlooking the pool. The rooms are very old, the plumbing is old, the shower stall fell apart on the 2nd day, a carpenter was called, hot water was intermittent. In a 2-room suite there is one small closet without shelves, there is nowhere to put things at all.
They clean well, if you leave a dollar, they will decorate the bed with flowers and make swans. After arrival, we immediately went to the sea, it was a shock! The description of the hotel said sand-pebbles, in fact, gray, dirty, rocky sand. Large pebbles, huge boulders in the sea, you can easily break your legs. The water is always cloudy and dirty. All other days we went to the state beach in Avsallar next to the hotel "RUBI", sunbed, mattress, umbrella, you can use the toilet, shower for only 1 dollar! Perfect sea, clean sand, probably the best place on the Alanya coast.

Special attention should be paid to flocks of birds that live under the roofs of the hotel. Sun loungers with towels, a pool, tables, are covered with bird droppings during the day. Toward evening, because of this, swimming in the pool is generally unpleasant. The hotel has a playground, albeit small. In the girls' mini-club, animators don't do much with children, they just give out sheets and pencils.
They do not follow the order, they let both adults and children in wet swimsuits. Almost everything in the mini-club is therefore broken.

Street eatery: yes, that's right, not a canteen or a restaurant, but an eatery. Half tables indoors, half outdoors. They don’t keep order at all, people come right in swimsuits, smoke at tables next to small children. It’s not very pleasant to have lunch when a fat woman in a thong walks in front of you, and this is not an isolated case. In a decent hotel, I was not even allowed to go to a restaurant in an unbuttoned shirt! Plates, mugs, wine glasses are always missing. The tables are not really cleaned, you have to shake off the crumbs yourself and go look for forks and spoons. The range of dishes for 3 stars is good, every day chicken, beef, fish, vegetables, fruits and a bunch of all kinds of greens. They bake cakes and pizza. But for so many people it is sorely lacking! Catering is just no.
Huge lines for literally everything. Delicious sweet goes only to the first 10 people who snatched it, the rest have only to guess what happened today? There was a queue for shawarma throughout the dinner. We did not have the patience to stand in line for so long, we had to choke on the liver. Fruits are snapped up almost into a fight, there is also a queue for watermelons. Beer "Efes" 2-3 degrees, if poured into a glass goblet is a miracle, usually poured into disposable cups. The wine is highly diluted, 5-6 degrees. Even if you come an hour after the start of dinner, there will be no long queues, but there will be no tasty salads and meat either. Food is taken out of the tavern along with plates. Some swim in the pool and eat cakes right there. People basically behave like pigs in everything, so this is not a restaurant, but an eatery!

Animation: children's disco is good, although the songs are the same as in other hotels, such as Aram-zam-zam, train, Hands Up, (the song of ducks Quack-quack). Those who write in the reviews "super animation" means they have never seen what it is. Here for all 10 days there was only one Turkish night: belly dance, national dances. The rest of the days there was a comedy show by the animators themselves and due to the participation of tourists. They force you to yell, who is louder, then fart, portray "blue" and other nonsense. It's funny the first day or two, then it starts to get boring. Mister and Miss hotel contests are exactly the same as in other hotels. Disco sucks. If it were not for the chief animator Hakan, a really talented person, he knows Russian well, very groovy, then the animation would have completely died out! And then, the next year he goes to work in another hotel. And the hotel itself from 31.10. 2009 leaves the ASKA group and will work with its own company EYMEN under the name Club Hotel Sun Heaven.
We hope that the change of management will bring only positive changes to the hotel, but we will not come here, and indeed to the Konakli region in general.
P. S. We were only satisfied with the local bazaar near the TIMO hotel, cheap fruits: strawberries, cherries, peaches, apricots are just delicious!
