From the first day it became clear that a honeymoon trip for hotel employees is an empty phrase. The move was just disgusting. We were put in a room with ants, spiders, mold, damp linen and broken furniture. Until my husband brought the matter to the authorities, the reception did not even think of relocating us somewhere, referring to the lack of free rooms. With a fight they knocked out another room, however, they moved it only the next day. I have never experienced such a terrible attitude. The holiday seemed to be ruined. But after the relocation, everything began to improve. After talking with vacationers, we realized that the rooms on the ground floor are most likely all bad, so if you are placed in such a room, do not give up and ask to be moved, as there are much better rooms.
Now about the rest. The appearance of the hotel lived up to expectations, such as we were shown in the travel agency.
Meals: Buffet - the menu is varied. But there are no salads as such, there are coarsely chopped vegetables and a separate dressing, i. e. "do it yourself". There were few meat dishes, so there were huge queues for them. Of the fruits, only watermelon and melon, although the season was in full swing. But in the shop at the hotel you could buy additional fruit (strawberries, cherries, peaches, grapes). Sweets are not for everyone, we only liked cupcakes, but they were quickly taken apart.

Special thanks to Mama's house, where the girl cooked delicious Turkish cakes.
Husband loved the service at the bar next to the pool.
By the way, about drinks: wine, cocktails, water, soda, diluted concentrates such as "zuki" and "yupi", tea, coffee.
Gym: broken old equipment, shabby walls. I never saw anyone doing it there.
Turkish bath and massage - SUPER. Polite, friendly and attentive treatment; qualified massage, pleasant peeling. Your body will be happy. $40 vip massage (taken at a discount from hotel guides), I also went to a medical massage with a $25 discount per time. Bath and sauna are free.
The excellent work of the animation team will impress both adults and children.
Beach: sand and pebble. Umbrellas and deck chairs are free, their condition is average.
Safe at reception $2 per day. It’s better to use it, it’s safer (we saw the announcement about the loss of the phone).
Excursions: taken from hotel guides - in Pamukkale for 2 days $ 90 per person. and to Alanya survey 35 $ per person. The excursions were very enjoyable. The tour guides are just great - everything is clear, interesting, colorful and fun, they held contests with prizes. It is a pity that we were limited in time, so we would have gone somewhere else.
So, apart from the first day, the rest was wonderful.
