My wife and I arrived at this hotel at the beginning of July 2021, we were met at the reception by a rude young man, he apparently felt like a complete master of us, annoying insects (hotel guests), he graciously bestowed his attention, settled in building A, room 4104A, the first residential floor, wood windows.

The room is not bad, the furniture is there, the bathroom is good, the shower and everything else is in order, LCD TV, there are Russian channels, very good air conditioning, a good bed and a very noisy minibar fridge. At night, he turned on about 1 time in half an hour and we woke up with him too.
We listened to all the children's and adult shows taking place in the amphitheater without opening the windows, the roar of the speakers drowned out the miserable TV.

Cleaning the room is a separate issue, it simply wasn’t there... out of 8 days at the hotel, the water was replenished only three times, shampoos and shower gel, as well as a change of towels, only after two calls to the reception. Dead woodlice lay around for three days in the bathroom and for a couple of days on the floor of the room, cleaning did not affect them. Linen was never changed, towels too.
The food is not bad, but monotonous, chicken, salads... the same thing every day, they cook quite tasty.
There is no alcohol drink, the beer is normal.
The main disadvantage of the hotel is the beach and the entrance to the water, if you are a fat person, then there is nothing to do here without "corals", before my eyes obese people just crawled out of the sea on all fours, losing parts of their swimsuits. The sand is dusty, dirty, pebbles and small and large, the bottom of the sea is slippery stones, it is very easy to kill yourself. The beach has all the infrastructure, volleyball, a bar, showers, but at 8-30 you can’t find a free sunbed in the shade, they come to the sea until tomorrow, as they occupy sunbeds, otherwise there’s no way. Same story with pools.

There is animation, bocha on the beach, volleyball, zumba, dancing, all this before lunch. At 21-00 children's animation, everything is like everywhere else, it's normal. Adult animation, especially "Turkish Night", just no, half of the audience left halfway...
The hotel, during our vacation, is full, people who have bought a tour to this "five" are often accommodated in the next three, they can enter the top five for 8 euros per person per day.
Safe-$2 per day, beach towel deposit $5 replacement $1, shops are open, prices are twice as high as the prices on the market in Kanakla. Turkish delight costs the same.

The exception is a leather store, where they organize trips to the shopping center, prices in the center are two times lower than in Russia, if you know how to bargain correctly.
We flew with Pegasus, a good hotel guide Aivaz, solved all the issues.
In general, the hotel left a bad impression with a complete lack of service, for five stars it's a shame, a bad four is no more, and even then it's not for everybody.
