Had a great day at the hotel! I really liked the hotel itself, everything is modest, but with taste. Upon arrival, they immediately settled in, ate and on the beach !! ! Like everyone else! ! Through the underground passage, convenient, clean! ! The territory is large (for 3), well-groomed! It's nice to walk around. The room was cleaned, change of linen was no problem. Everyone is very polite! ! In the restaurant, the food is varied, there is a choice, delicious. The service is good. Only the vacationers themselves create all sorts of queues, they didn’t like it! The staff is polite. The pools are clean. We visited the Hamam, I would like to note the professionalism of the team! Competent, know their business. Thank you very much for their attentive attitude to customers! In Pegasus (guides) they sent me to the wrong yacht, they moved the time on their own without discussing it with us ! ! Did not like!! ! They do not stipulate the time for shopping on a tour of Alanya, it took 2 hours, and for sightseeing for 20-30 minutes, I would like more time! The plane's departure was rescheduled, again, no information, until they called Irina themselves... Not responsible... Thanks for the rest to all the hotel staff !! !
