I never write reviews about hotels, but this time I could not resist, because I think that people should know more information about the proposed vacation. We got to this hotel by Fortuna and then it began... We arrived at the hotel at 00:30 at night, settled for a very long time. We asked for rooms in the main building, but we were offered building 4 for a fee, the room was damp, in the bathroom. knot mold... When we refused this room, our "guide" left us and ran away, despite the fact that it was night outside and we had not yet oriented ourselves in the territory. At the reception they did not want to change our room and kept us until 3:30 at night; somehow coordinated the numbers in the second building.
We had two rooms, the furniture was "tired", the room equipment was missing: there were no towels in one room, soap, shampoos, hair dryer crumbled, etc. in the other. You need to ask for everything, but it’s not a fact that everyone did it... At first they wanted money and, perhaps, they will help you. Wi-fi was somehow present for a couple of days, then it was turned off and they offered to buy a password for money. In this hotel, the management encourages extortion from tourists. Many people complained about the theft in rooms and safes, so they had to carry documents and money with them.
In the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant), everything is also sad: from sanitation to food. Everywhere there was dirt, the crockery was chipped, the tablecloths were laid chaotically, crumpled and dirty, there were not enough plates and forks for everyone. For a week, there was never a fish dish on the menu, there is no children's menu at all. The coffee machine was constantly breaking down, and there was only one. . . In the morning, before breakfast, there is nowhere to drink coffee, nothing works. . .

Now about the beach: very dirty, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, and of those that are, most are half-broken... Food on the beach is a bun, a soy patty and some greens (if you get it). Drinking water is intermittent. The bus may or may not go to the beach: either it broke down, or the police stopped it, or the driver didn't want to. . . Something like that. . .
There is much more to write, but I think this is enough to draw conclusions. Our vacation was saved by the sea and excursions.
