I rested with my husband in September 2019. The hotel is old, the rooms are not renovated, the plumbing is in a terrible state. For breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a restaurant, you must come to a certain time (calculated based on the results of your own observations) time, otherwise there are simply not enough tables. The same situation with sunbeds on the beach - at 7 am you can no longer find places. The beach and the entry into the sea were especially disappointing (huge boulders with cracks where you can fall through and get hurt). Moreover, a similar situation is on the entire nearest coast (we walked along the beaches of neighboring hotels). The beach itself is dirty, only large debris is removed, the sunbeds and mattresses are very old and broken.
Of course, I understood that I was not going to 5 *, but I think that 4 * should imply elementary comfort and more or less decent living conditions and services, there is neither one nor the other in this hotel. Separately, I note the food - there was not enough meat all the time, they would take out a tray with chicken legs and after 5 minutes it was empty, they would take out the second one - the same situation! Of the meat for 9 days, there was only chicken, turkey and lamb moss. It was true sometimes river bony fish. This is nothing, but the most unpleasant thing is that during the rest I caught a rotovirus infection, now I am undergoing treatment. So for those with children, this hotel is definitely not recommended!
As a result, the hotel does not correspond to the declared stars unambiguously! I have something to compare with - I was in different countries in hotels from 3 to 5 * inclusive.
