My husband and I rested in this "wonderful" place from September 5 to 14. We decided to write a review in the hope that it will help someone decide on the choice of a hotel and not make a big mistake by deciding to relax here. In 2004, we spent a two-week vacation here (although the hotel was called Aska Sun Queen Beach and had 3 stars) and were very satisfied. This time we decided not to tempt fate and come back here, because. informational descriptions and photographs of tour operators did not promise any changes; except for changing the name of the hotel and adding another star. Long live Coral and SanMar, organizing the rest of their compatriots in this hotel and misleading us!
Upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was the huge new Hedef Hotel next door to Larisa, located so close that the balconies of our houses almost abut against the utility area and the Hedef balconies. In order to avoid such a wonderful neighborhood during check-in, I had to give 10 dollars to the reception. The green paper has done its job. The room was given on the opposite side, which is much better! It was the most pleasant of all the rest - then there was a feeling of a mess and a real garbage dump. The next thing that surprised me was not pink 3-storey houses, as in the photographs, but beige 4-storey buildings. All houses now have 4 rooms per floor (instead of three, as it was before) and are built on the fourth floor. The rooms are just tiny now! And their number has increased significantly, which accordingly led to an increase in the number of tourists. But the new owners of the hotel are so greedy that, having increased the number of guests, they did not even begin to think about the comfort of vacationers and the quality of service. After all, neither the territory of the hotel itself, nor the territory of the restaurant, nor the area of ​ ​ the rooms themselves have become any more.
Service. Missing completely! The staff (except for maids and gardeners) does not have a single uniform. The usual appearance for everyone (management, managers, waiters, bartenders) is dirty worn jeans and even dirtier T-shirts. Badges, to understand who is who, in this hotel no one has at all !! ! But everyone has the audacity to sit down for breakfast, lunch, dinner right with you at the next table! All drinks, except for Jupi, drinking water, tea and coffee, must be taken at the bar, having stood in a huge queue, where both kids trample for Cola and Fanta, and adults for vodka and beer. And the staff can at this time just go behind the counter and take any drinks from the bartender without any queue, even Sprite, even beer!

There are never enough tables for dinner. Vacationers come, but there is simply nowhere to sit! The dishes are always dirty! Tables and chairs are also dirty. Everything has to be wiped down with paper towels.
Room cleaning. Wet cleaning is not carried out at all. In the best case, they will sweep once for the entire holiday. Towels can be changed after 2 days, or maybe after 4. The bed may not be changed at all!
The tables at the sunbeds, the sunbeds and mattresses themselves do not even know what water is. They have never been washed this season!
The pool is not cleaned. No, there is filtration and chemical treatment of water, it is felt immediately. But the fact that the bottom is full of sand, hair and foliage is not quite normal.
There are a lot of Turkish families among the vacationers. Whatever it is, let them rest. The unpleasant thing is that in the restaurant tables are always set separately for them, dishes and drinks are taken out of the kitchen, beautifully served. The difference in service is very noticeable!
Nutrition. So-so. It is clear that the chefs are working hard. The menu is quite varied - chicken, soy meat, eggs, fish, various stewed vegetables and casseroles, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetable salads, lots of greens. Of the fruits were apples, oranges, grapefruit, melon, watermelon, plums. Here with desserts it is rather weak. Cakes and pastries are not prepared here. All the desserts offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same - multi-colored semolina puddings, semolina halva with honey, chocolate mannik. There is also no choice of baked goods. Only a white loaf and a gray loaf with cereals. In short, you won’t stay hungry, but don’t expect culinary delights either. Everything is very simple, as in the Soviet canteen.

At best, he will simply turn his back on you and will not listen; at worst - just yell and push out the door! They themselves actually observed the moments of tourists turning to him. He is polite only with those who managed to breed on excursions. At a general meeting with him, he will tell all sorts of terrible stories from the field of crime for a very long time, then advertise his excursions, guaranteeing their quality and safety. Friends bought a yacht tour from him. A SUPER-yacht was promised, the only one in Turkey, the best and coolest - the Blue Dolphin. When the people arrived on the tour, no one saw the Blue Dolphin, they rode on a simple White Angel. Here's Zaur for you! And his guarantee! Do not be afraid, excursions purchased in Konakli will actually turn out to be no worse, but 2-3 times cheaper! Zaur will not give you any guarantees (and if something happens, he will simply not even talk to you), and he will rip off money from you many times more. He will also convince you that in Turkey you simply cannot do without Turkish liras! And he will offer to exchange your wooden ones for lira, and at the most favorable rate. Holy man! For 1000r. He will give you 50 lire. Do not hurry! Deniz Bank terminal is 100 meters from the hotel. We withdrew 50 lira from the Sberbank card, while only 840 rubles were debited from the account! In general, you don’t even need lira. EVERYWHERE willingly accept even dollars, even euros, even rubles!
The advantages of this hotel include: Beautiful well-groomed territory - thanks to the gardeners. And the opportunity not to be hungry - thanks to the chefs. The rest - the sea, the sun, good weather - thank you, Turkey.
