Came to this hotel with a friend. In Turkey, this is not the first time when they took a 3 * hotel, they counted on a standard "troika". But everything turned out to be much sadder ....In general, when we arrived at the hotel, 2 Turkish girls were sitting at the reception, who did not understand either English or, of course, Russian. We were settled immediately, in room 209. When we entered the room, we were delighted: a large room, 2 beds, 2 sofas, 2 balconies. But the joy evaporated immediately after we went into the toilet / bath, if you can call it that: a tiny room with a toilet, sink and hose "a la shower". No curtains, no pallet, no, moreover, booths - just a hose. Washing was a lot of fun, especially when the drain was clogged and water was leaking into the room. But this is not all the "charms" of this hotel. Salt water flows from the tap. Brushing your teeth in the morning is especially "pleasant". And due to the fact that salt water was everywhere - in the sea, in the tap, in the pool + bleach (! ) - we got an allergy in the body.
Cleaning.
This is a complete dick! For 17 (!! ! ) days in this hotel, our room was not cleaned NEVER! ! ! ! We approached the guide - he generally didn’t give a damn about what was happening in this world. They approached the staff - at first they politely asked - without result. On the 14th day, patience snapped, we began to swear. The result is ZERO! All don't care!

Food. We have never seen such horror in our lives. The guide immediately told us "you will eat at the nearby Sole Beach 4 * hotel. " At first we were delighted, but it was in vain. 10 minutes before the start of lunch / dinner, a crowd of hungry people gathered near the dining room (who seemed to have not eaten all their lives) and as soon as they opened the passage, this hungry crowd ran after plates and forks and swept away everything in its path. Later we understood them - if you come a little later, there will be nothing left! No plates, no forks, no food, no seats. And the food was extremely awful.
Periodically there was meat (chicken), but after the nasty ladle shook all his sweat into this meat, the appetite disappeared completely. In short, we ate these 17 days in a cafe near the Dogonay hotel. It was delicious =)
Animation. The Apache animator will get to the bottom of the dead - maybe 6 times a day come up and ask "Let's go to Alanya disco today? ". Naturally, this was not free. And the animators got on it too. At first, we politely refused, but when he got us specifically, we explained to him in a popular way that if we needed it, we would go ourselves. After that we became enemies of the people.
Beach. This was the best part of our vacation! Awesome sea and beach! People from 5 * hotels came to our beach, they had to be constantly kicked out of our sunbeds =) There was a wild beach nearby, very beautiful! True, a small fish often swam in the sea, which bit, but these were trifles.
Bar.
When you're in a bar, forget what "all inclusive" means. Nothing included here! Because there is always nothing - no beer, no vodka. One crayfish, and then for an amateur.

Well, lastly. For 17 days in this hotel, we would have died if it were not for the Russian Travel Agency Bugra Tour. From the first days we started hanging out with the coolest and funniest people who work there - Islam and Vagif. There we met new friends, went on the most luxurious excursions from this travel agency!
In general, if you are not lucky enough to be in West Gardene - run immediately to Bugra Tour! You will not regret! =)))
