The very first impression was the check-in process... spoiled the whole impression of the hotel, moreover, from the very beginning, they kept us at the reception for 1.5 hours, we were tired from the road, we waited an hour and a half until we were given a card from the room, until the scandal it came, they didn’t settle (at the same time, they served and settled many others)... I don’t know, maybe they were waiting for money... there seems to be a lot of food in the restaurant, but in fact, apart from potatoes, pasta, chicken and a couple of salads, there are - there was nothing....the air conditioner in the room turned out to be half-broken, the shower cabin was covered in fungus, details fell off on the cabin doors every now and then....Huge queues were also horrified, both in the bar and in the restaurant. A catastrophic shortage of sun loungers... As for a one-time free order of a restaurant, they always "everything is busy", again, either for money, or they are just too lazy... they wanted to try seafood cuisine, it didn’t work out... The only thing what pleased me was the excellent work of the animators and the daily cleaning of the room
