We went to rest through Coral Travel, hoping that everything would be fine, but it was not there!
Our problems started even before departure. We received our vouchers and vouchers only a few hours before departure, and not a day, as indicated in the contract!
When we arrived at the airport in Antalya and got on the bus, the guide told us in a cheerful voice that instead of our chosen 4 * hotel, we were going to a hotel of a class above 5 * Alara Kum. Somehow we were not happy with this news, because we had been choosing a hotel for a whole month! It was a disaster for us. . .

Arriving at a new hotel, the mood fell immediately . . the territory is small, uncomfortable, the sea is across the road, you have to go through a slippery transition to get there. We began to demand explanations from the guide who accompanied us on the bus, but she kindly explained that there were no places in the hotel where we were originally going and quickly disappeared! She also said that our hotel guide would only be tomorrow and ask him all questions!
We were put in a room without air conditioning, the request to move us to another room was not crowned with anything, they said that they could offer us a fan . . and this is in the 40th heat!
I won't describe how the day and night went. . . In the morning we met with our hotel guide. By that time, we had already called the Concordia Celes Hotel, asked if they had free rooms, they said that there were a lot of places . . they called the Corel office, they LIED to us that there were no places there. fairy tales that the hotel is terrible, the food is bad, the food is disgusting, etc. , to which we still demanded to relocate us... in the end, after probably an hour and a half of persuasion, he called someone and said that they would come for us. . . so we lost a day and a half to solve problems that Corel simply didn't care about!!!!!!!!!!
AND HERE WE ARE IN Concordia Celes (ex Celes Beach Resort) . . As we entered, we realized that this is just a TALE! starting from the territory, ending with the sea...
The room was given with a view of the sea and mountains, everything is comfortable in the room, there are many bars, entertainment on the territory: hookah, Turkish coffee, billiards, volleyball court, basketball court, animators constantly entertain people. There are many sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach. beach bar.
For those who want to buy souvenirs, there are shops near the reception or a market nearby. . .
By the way, the hotel, as it turned out, is not 4 * but FIVE STARS !!!!!!
So both the service and the food were great!!
I advise families with children, youth, pensioners to stay in this hotel... everyone here will be interested!
