We arrived at the hotel at 7:00. immediately put on a bracelet and suggested where the dining room was, sent for breakfast, settled at 14. But we were settled at 11.00 and without any hassle !! ! The staff is almost all Russian-speaking, very friendly, all problems are solved at the first request. I don’t know who was rude there, apparently to those who themselves with a crooked face and rudeness basement, but they always smiled at us and fulfilled any requests.
The territory of the hotel. Small, but very cozy, beautiful, all in greenery and flowers. Despite the modest size, there is everything you need and even more. Kids club, playground, hookah room, billiard room, tennis court, swimming pool with water slide, children's pool. Pool bar, beach bar. Beach with a pier, sunbeds, mattresses. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, but this is not a problem. The lobby has a huge number of armchairs, sofas, soft chairs for every taste!
Number. The usual standard, as everywhere. There were 4 of us, a double bed, a bunk bed for children, bedside tables, a TV, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, an armchair. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. On the balcony there is a plastic table with two chairs. The bed linen is clean, without stains, not washed, apparently, they bought new ones by the beginning of the season. Towels are the same, with the exception of the beach - these are not very new.

Cleaning. Daily, quite normal, like everywhere else. The bed was made, the floors were swept, sometimes wiped, buckets were shaken out. Normal housekeeping in general. The bed was even changed and I don’t know how many times, but at least 3. Towels were brought fresh every day, they never threw them on the floor - they didn’t have time to just get dirty.
Mini bar. When you check in was 3 types of lemonade for 3 pieces. The rules say that lemonades are only available upon check-in, but they brought us more almost daily - a full refrigerator had accumulated before departure. Water, of course, was replenished daily. The same applies to hygiene items - brought every day.
Nutrition. From 7 am to 1 am fed continuously!! ! As soon as the main meal in the main restaurant ended, an additional one began in one of the bars. Snacks, fast food, vegetables at the pool bar, pastries, sweets at the lobby bar. . . Anytime from 7 to 1 you could eat. The food is very varied and delicious! Meat dishes were especially pleasing - there was always a huge selection of dishes from chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, and fish for lunch and dinner. Plenty of salads, cold appetizers, vegetables. For lunch and dinner, a lot of sweets - cakes, pies. Fruit always. I can't even imagine who could be hungry here.
Alcohol. They drank continuously from morning to night. Beer is delicious, wine, they say, whiskey and gin, too, have not tried it. They constantly made some branded multi-colored cocktails, which were very popular with everyone))
Animation. Above all praise! It is great!! ! Started from 10 am to infinity. Both children and adults. Both around the pool and on the beach. Every evening there is a children's disco in the amphitheater, followed by a performance. Every day is different! And the forces of local animators, and visiting artists. Special thanks to Niko, for his incendiary shows and the conduct of all events, as well as to the girls Amina and Alesya !!! ! Almost daily, those who wished were taken to a disco in one of the nightclubs in Alanya. The hotel has a disco every day. Children were started from the very morning - parents both handed them over to animators and forgot about them for half a day. In general, well done guys! Thanks! You are the best!!!!
Overall - a very good hotel in its price range. Thank you very much, we all loved it!
