So I finally got to the review. I dreamed about it every day of my stay at the hotel. We arrived there on the Bingo system 5 stars. In principle, I am an unpretentious and ascetic person, not the first time in Turkey, although I was in 5-star hotels, I saw both 4 and 3. So this one from the bus immediately inspired horror in appearance and reception. Feeling that I came to a Soviet sanatorium built under Stalin. Small, without territory, exclusively Russian tourists of middle income live, who saved up for this trip all year and came as a family of 10 people with children, godfathers, sons-in-law, neighbors, and their alcohol, which they drink in the morning in the afternoon in the evening to loud cries at the hotel reception (and there is nothing else to do anyway). Animation - some Russians. 4 girls and two men. Everyone is deep in their 30s. So for young maidens who are going to look for romantic adventures, there is nothing to do here. Macho and princes are not among the staff, animation or among the guests.
All the furniture is very poor (photo attached). I don't need golden cornices and a four-poster bed, but shabby and rotting furniture is too much. In a standard double room - one bed is one and a half, the second is single. occupy almost the entire room. tiny TV like Electron with a green and dead image. The mini fridge doesn't even fit a bottle of water. Ksati water is only in three coolers for the entire hotel. And then often they forget to replenish it and you have to choke on soluble phantoms all day. Everything is covered with dusty carpeting, which during the whole rest has never been dusted and the dust was just a centimeter layer. There are no dishes in the room either, so we had to carry them from the dining room. Only bad luck - in the morning they left two glasses with the remnants of kefir, the cleaning lady did not take them away. By the end of the holiday, we had accumulated a whole container of dishes. I suspect that the situation is similar in other rooms. And our people, without hesitation, simply left all the dirty dishes on the floor right next to the elevator doors. And judging by the fact that the dishes there every day only got bigger, I would venture to suggest that her cleaners magically "did not see" either
In the bathroom, the toilet was not completely screwed on, and every time I sat on it, I felt like I was on a swing. Well, at least the paper was issued every day. On the balcony there were two plastic chairs and a table covered with yellow smudges, streaks, grease and with gnawed edges. We never sat on them, anyway, the view was on the hotel under construction opposite (by the way, at the reception we were told in all seriousness that this is the best view, what is the worst for them then? ). In the evening there was no light in the corridor and the only window on the entire corridor at the very end was like in a tunnel. and I had to feel my way and look for the door number with a flashlight or mobile phone. During the day, there was not enough light and not everyone immediately got into their room)))))

The dining room is a separate song. In the best traditions of Soviet catering. Collapsing tables with chairs, and tables and tablecloths forever dirty. And they have such technology. They covered the table with a greasy tablecloth before breakfast. and until breakfast is over, no one else will clean it up. those. if people ate at the table, screwed up, left. Others came - they have nowhere to sit or clean themselves. Because the waiters don’t clean the tables at all, they don’t change the appliances, they don’t take away the dirty dishes. So it's better to come half an hour before the start and take a still relatively clean table. More about dishes. IT was never enough. I have never eaten soup or muesli, because I have never seen plates for them. By the time I got there, they were always gone. common plates too. so here on the principle of "who did not have time, he was late. " I am indifferent to food, but I can say that the choice of dishes is not large but tasty, but it was jarring that fruits were milked in doses. Once a week, watermelon (2 pieces), green apricots (three pieces) and strawberries. To get it, you need to stand in a long queue. There is very little sweet and is also not replenished. By the middle, you risk choosing among empty plates where only crumbs remind you of what was here. And the most terrible thing is the sparrows. There are hordes of them. those who eat on the street, I advise you not to leave the plate unattended. once I did this, went for water - I returned, I didn’t see the plate, but only a flock of sparrows eating my Breakfast. I had to go on a new one. The waiters pass by and, noticing the sparrows, only laugh.
Those who travel with children. I don't recommend it very much. There is simply nowhere for them to play. There is no playground. In addition, the whole territory is dirty, in cigarette butts, napkins, fruit peels, and empty glasses. The pool is smaller than my bath. There are not enough beds. The mattresses on them are like in a prison. And the beds themselves are tattered. There is no pier. Only a neighboring hotel, but sometimes there are guards to drive away those who are not from their hotel. And most importantly - near the hotel some kind of mountain river flows into the sea and therefore the sea near this hotel has a cold undercurrent and it is not comfortable to swim there even in summer. After a couple of hotels we went into their sea - there is just boiling water.
In short, after 2.00 pm the hotel falls asleep. Only at the reception are uncles dripping in free Wi-Fi, and groups of comrades drinking free whiskey-cola at the tables. The nearest embankment with discos is 30 minutes away by minibus. By the way, it's very beautiful. And there you can come off in full. A 10-minute walk is a small market with very sweets and clothes. at the very beginning at the entrance there is a very good shop with sweets, with a restaurant. The prices are low and everything is very tasty and plentiful. It’s better to skip meals at the hotel and come immediately to eat here) I took away two huge bags of sweets for 30 dollars, which will last for several months) Don’t forget to bargain)
Excursions by the way tode take this bazaar. there are several points. everyone can be trusted. We took all the excursions there. For example - rafting for 20 dollars, the guide - 45. We were picked up, taken, food was given out. Everything is like the guides. It's just that the gils themselves buy these excursions from them. And then he does his trick. By the way - I highly recommend rafting. It's a long ride, but then a lot of positive sensations. It is possible even with small children. We also took a boat trip with a swim. Still better than staying in a hotel. Moreover, at least in the warm sea you normally buy. Entry to any disco is free for girls.

And now the main thing - our operator was a turtes. When we arrived there, and understood where we were, we turned to their representative, to which we were told that you can pay another 500 dollars per person and we will move you. she also refused to sign the act of our claims, although she was required by law. And then she disappeared altogether. We never saw her again during the whole week. and at the end, when we were already leaving, another representative came, and at our request to sign the act, he said that he did not know anything and that it was necessary to contact him, he would definitely help us. only to the question where was he when we arrived, he answered that this girl worked then and now he. And how then we were supposed to turn to him is not clear. Shortly moved out. I will not deal with this tour operator again! And by the way, then he told us like a secret that this is not the first complaint about the hotel, and that almost everyone who comes asks to be relocated, and that in his opinion the hotel does not even pull 3 stars!!! ! So why are you partnering with this hotel?? ? Why are you giving it like 5 stars? Even all the locals, when they found out in which hotel we settled, laughed and sympathized with us.
Well, I hope my review will save at least a few people from ruining their holiday. Believe me, I myself often do not believe the negative reviews, attributing everything to the fact that our people are snickering, but it was the worst of all that I saw (and I saw quite a few). It's better to go to Egypt in 4 stars
