Firstly, we chose a completely different hotel, but the tour operator ("tpg" I don’t recommend it to anyone for this) changed everything and upon arrival in Turkey put us in front of the fact that we would live in another hotel, I didn’t like it right away that someone was for me made a choice, expressed his dissatisfaction with the guide, but he said that he could not do anything, but this is written in the contract, which means that all claims are against the tour operator. As it turned out later, we were not the only ones thrown by the tour operator, there were 7 more families.
There are no animators in the hotel, or rather they are, a guy with a girl, but they do nothing, drink with visitors at the tables, or offer to go to a night disco in Alanya, there is no entertainment for children at all, except that the children's disco is the same every day to the same Turkish music. I do not recommend this hotel to families with children, as the children will be bored, with entertainment there are a couple of small swings and a wooden slide that bother the children in 5 minutes and they begin to feel sad and do not allow their parents to sit quietly.
Alcohol is disgusting, only cheap beer, diluted vodka and the same gin that you need to beg from the bartender. Coffee, tea, water and sodas are free but tasteless. There is a coffee machine at the reception, but it is turned off at night, which is very wrong and not convenient, until 8 am and after 23-00 you can’t drink coffee or tea, which is not convenient for those who like to get up early or those who arrive at night. Wifi is very slow, you can only use it at night. The beach is dirty with rubbish, you need to borrow sunbeds early in the morning or in the evening, there are a lot of huge stones near the water. The rooms are not cleaned well, only towels and bed linen are changed, the dust and floors are not wiped, and they are cleaned only when you ask several times. The food was not bad, everything was enough.
