We got to this hotel due to overbooking of the hotel where the tour was paid for and the booking was confirmed (hello tpg! ). They brought us early in the morning (from the airport about 2 hours drive), they immediately took us to breakfast, even before the official start. Settled at 14.00, earlier - for a payment of $ 20 as for early check-in (officially). We had a room in the main building, windows facing the main entrance (at first it was frustrating, because we thought there would be noise, but the street is extremely quiet, in the evening the sun on the balcony - everything dries up quickly), a room for three (double bed and single ). Air conditioning, refrigerator - working. But the air conditioner has not been cleaned since the founding of the hotel, it hums unbearably, it worked when we were not in the room. There was a TV (small pot-bellied), but they did not check if it worked (I know that it worked for others in the rooms, there were several Russian-speaking channels). Hot water - constantly, pressure - excellent. Linen - clean, towels - as lucky (there were rust, change, if you insist). Furniture - shabby, not cleaned in the corners, shower room - with traces of rust. They cleaned the room 1 time (before that, I didn’t want to go into the room once again, after that I left a sign again, that day they didn’t bother, and a day later we were already leaving), the linen was not changed, the floor was shoveled, the towels were reported ( without swans, but also without a tip). Food - me and my husband came up, although frankly - monotonous. But every day for lunch and dinner - fish (different, often grilled), every other day - baked poultry, chicken in different stews - all the time. For breakfast, I was surprised by the lack of cereal. Sweets - monotonous biscuits with impregnation and puddings. Lots of different salad and vegetable cuts. Pasta (for some reason in mayonnaise), potatoes - almost always. Soup - one kind (lunch and dinner). Fruits - what they will buy - apples, plums, watermelon, melon, grapes, kiwi (what they eat less - they will offer longer; )). Nobody lost weight in 10 days. Exclamations like "nothing to eat" - outright hypocrisy! I don’t believe that in ordinary families (this is not 5 *, and not even presentable 4 *, the price directly speaks about this) for breakfast, lunch and dinner they cook a greater variety of dishes! Alcohol - beer is quite normal (yes, not strong, but it’s the same from the store), occasionally it was that it ended. Strong alcohol - only vodka and gin. There was no wine at all. Water - in sealed 200 ml cups as much as you like, coffee machines - work every other time, but in general you can get used to it, juices - yupi. For lunch - very substantial snacks, with their tortillas with potatoes or cottage cheese, salads, something like meatballs, etc. The beach is sand, a little bit of pebbles. Sunbeds are in three rows, close to each other (in the area everywhere), but there was always enough space. The sea is a cove, so the water is cloudy (especially in the afternoon), but very warm. Large sharp stones fall into the water! You need to carefully dive and swim! (this bay is also for neighboring 5 * hotels, with a cool infrastructure). The beach will be cleaned, but sluggishly (large garbage, occasionally - cigarette butts), but the tourists themselves "pig" to the fullest! On the other side, the beach and the sea are much better (we went for a walk). There is no animation (only they offer to go to a disco), they play music both during the day and in the evening. If you wish, you can dance, the guys-waiters famously danced themselves to local motives. For children there are a couple of slides and swings, a small pool, and that's it. . Wi-fi is very weak, but pulls (periodically "bugged"), for free. The safe in the room is also free, but the use of it is a big question, since there is no key to the lock at all. But nothing was lost (however, after cleaning the room, they also "removed" a personal plate with a peeled pomegranate - apparently, they decided that they had not eaten it and should be thrown away). The place is a small village, in the evening, except for the market, there is nowhere to go. The hotel area in general is not small, two swimming pools, there are three tiered terraces with tables - closer to the sea or to the bar. Palm trees, bushes of all kinds. But not very watered, so faded. To Side - an hour's drive, to Alanya - 25 minutes. We were right after the end of Ramadan - many Turkish and even clearly Arab families arrived. As for me, this is not a bad indicator of the hotel (food quality, for example), and they weren’t noisy at all, most of them with very young children, they splashed around on the shore. In general, the hotel is so-so, I won’t go to it again (rather, due to the fact that there is nowhere to go out for a walk in the evening, when it’s not hot anymore, and the lack of wine and a variety of sweets), a more demanding owner would be there - it would be possible better reviews to have. There is a base for this - a lobby with marble, a good view, a gently sloping beach, but they obviously do not like to clean up there. By the way, the price for this hotel was higher than the one we booked, so now I don’t even know what to expect from that one. Do not be afraid of the reviews, the guys with whom we settled were right - they write bad things in order to ease the soul (after all, everyone has different requests and expectations), and when everything is fine, then why write something; ). Good mood, and the rest will succeed!
