Finally arrived home. Rested with two grandchildren - 9 and 15 years old. It was a ruined holiday in the worst hotel in Turkey we love. I am a traveler with 30 years of experience, vacationing in 45 countries. There is something to compare. In Turkey already 14 times. The 4-star hotel booked by us did not confirm the accommodation and had to go to this 5-star hotel on the advice of the manager. There was no time to read reviews.
We arrived at the hotel at 11:00. They settled in the room within 1 hour. We paid for the "standard" room, but settled us in a two-room suite in building 19. The room was very dirty, there was no hair dryer, the remote control from the air conditioner did not work, from the TV too. The door to the balcony does not lock. We approached the reception manager Mukhsin with a request to relocate, he showed us standard rooms in buildings 17 and 18 with an extra bed. It was very crowded for three of us and we chose a two-room suite in building 19 with the condition that they would eliminate all the shortcomings. The view from the room to the street and the side wall of the neighboring hotel, but we came to relax on the sea, and not in the room, so the view did not frighten us. The room was cleaned within half an hour, but the rest of the imperfections were not eliminated until the end of our holiday.
The hotel has no territory. The pool is very small and 10-15 sun loungers are installed near the pool during the day, and in the evening they are removed and tables are set, there is another small pool with children's slides. But we don’t need pools either, because we came to swim and take sea baths, and not splash in chlorine water.

The food is very scarce. Everything is in order. For breakfast every day: scrambled eggs, fried eggs or eggs with vegetables, boiled egg, rice porridge. Sometimes boiled sausages were given in 2 cm pieces (if you get it). Pancakes are cooked outside. Sausages (if you can call it that) 2-3 types, cheese -6-7 types, pastries and jams. For seven days of stay, rice porridge and eggs ate for the rest of my life, tired.
For lunch out of a 7-day stay, only 3 days (thanks to the RAMADAN holiday) were given chicken meat (stew with vegetables or peas) or fish. The rest of the days they ate something like this: for hot dishes, boiled rice or wheat, and for garnish - pasta or boiled vegetables, fresh salads with cabbage, well, tomatoes and cucumbers. Every day 1 kind of liquid-liquid soup: onion, vermicelli, pea. For two days I didn’t understand at all what the soup was from - it was just water whitened with something. Everyone takes a ladle, they look, the ladle is back and they leave. We ate delicious, delicious cakes, although I thank them for this.
The dinners were delicious, there was chicken or turkey meat, cutlets (soy) were fried on the street, they gave fish every other day. And on the RAMADAN holiday (June 4) they arranged a dinner of seafood delicacies. The rest of the days there is still little meat, the queue is long. If you arrive late, then you can do without meat. . . We always tried to come to the opening, as on the first day we were left without meat for lunch and dinner.
On RAMADAN, they even gave us Strawberries, plums and apricots.
The rest of the days of fruit only apples of 2 kinds, oranges and sliced u200bu200bgrapefruits.
But the worst is waiting for you on the beach. Sun loungers are sorely lacking. By seven o'clock, almost all sunbeds are already occupied. If you manage to take a seat, it does not mean that you took it for the whole day. If there are vacationers of local nationality left without sunbeds, they will simply throw out your towels, or even worse, they will simply take your towels and a place and you will be left without anything... And for the loss of a towel you have to pay 20 dollars.
And this happens every day several times and for some reason only with Russian tourists....

This is the CONCEPT of the hotel - the sunbeds should not be empty for 20 minutes, and if you like to swim, then it turns out that you need to take the towels with you....The hotel administration, the hotel guide, and even the host, Anex TOUR, explained to me this way. And if you see how your compatriots take the place and stand up for them, then they frighten you either with eviction and calling the gendarmerie.
If you do not delete this review and read to the end, then draw conclusions - you should go to this hotel or not.
The hotel does not even pull on the four in terms of food and service
