Let me start by saying that I liked the hotel. There was a hitch with the check-in, we arrived early in the morning, check-in is made after 12.00, there are no rooms available. We were offered to either leave our things and walk around the territory, swim in the pool, or immediately check into the Dolphin Botanic until the next day. I want to make a reservation that initially we planned a vacation in Botanica, but everything was already booked there and we chose De Luxe. Therefore, we decided to agree, since we had such an opportunity to see both hotels. We were taken to Botanik by car, things were delivered separately, although there were probably 100 meters between the hotels. Then we went there on foot and it took no more than 5 minutes. We were seated here immediately. Botanist consists of several buildings, we lived in Orchid. The botanist lives up to its name by all 100 - the territory is a continuous botanical garden, everything is very beautiful and well-groomed. Vacationers are entirely CIS students, so they felt at home. In general, the hotel is good. The next day, after breakfast, we were transferred to De Luxe in the same way. We settled in right away this time. . The room, though standard, turned out to be larger than in Botanica. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed too. In general, the attendants are very friendly, efficient, any wishes were fulfilled instantly. The food was very varied and always delicious, sometimes they didn’t even go for lunch or dinner, as they always offer something near the pools. Animation at the highest level, during the day they constantly arrange some kind of competitions near the noisy pool for both children and adults, in the evening they staged a show in the amphitheater both on their own and on the strength of invited artists. The animators are just great! The territory of the hotel is not very big, but well-groomed and beautiful. The only negative is the pebble beach, but if you have the right shoes, this problem is easily solved, you can also use the pier. There were always enough sunbeds and bungalows both on the beach and near the pools. Vacationers are more than half Germans, the level is appropriate. The hotel is family oriented. Everyone liked it very much!
