The hotel is really wonderful. Very clean. Greenery everywhere is really like in a botanical garden. Everything is very well-groomed, trimmed, watered. It's just that it's unusual - it somehow doesn't smell: there is no such aroma of vegetation! A company of guinea fowl walks around the territory. The staff is very friendly, educated and responsive. The maid was disappointed before the day of departure - they even had the impression that they knew that we were leaving and were no longer interested in them (the young lady didn’t even remove the garbage, but took the tip), on the morning of departure, the boy didn’t come to pick up the suitcases - it’s good that we are Soviet people - to ready for everything! But from the babble at the reception about this, I realized that someone obviously mixed up the time for which we had to come - but of course it still left a certain unpleasant aftertaste, especially along with the fact that the Russian-speaking administrator was not there.
Everything in the room is also clean, neat (hairdryer, cotton pads, lotion shampoos), free mini bar (replenished every day), but funny people: there is a minibar, there are glasses, but there are no openers! It seems like nothing - you can survive, but still somehow it’s not normal. There are plenty of towels, the bed is clean and new. Everything changes every day without problems. There is a dryer on the balcony. The container seems to be working fine. By the way - thanks to the tourist who wrote a review about $ 50 for the settlement - it helped a lot! We were quickly assigned a room in the Rosa building with a sea view! The amusement park is wonderful - the little ones, I think, are delighted. In general, for children (as far as I can tell, since we are without children) there is a fairy tale - they play with them all day = study, dance in the evening, etc. The animators are also great - every day they have something new, the program is interesting, conducted in four languages -Turkish, English, German, Russian.
Food - very diverse - everyone will find food to their liking. Of course, it’s difficult for them with first courses - they serve some soups, purees, as far as I am a patient person in food - and then I regretted that I didn’t take a “hot mug” with me. Borscht was served twice in 12 days! Borscht is so Nitsche - a little bit unusual, but you can eat it with onions and natural yogurt (instead of the missing sour cream) with pleasure! Bulk meat - any stew, boiled, baked, fried, in addition meatballs, cutlets, etc. (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb). The fish are varied. Every evening on the grill or meat (wings) or fish. In the morning - omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, pancakes, etc. After a few days, of course, it begins to seem that there is somehow nothing to eat - but this is a sign of already being spoiled. As for fresh juices, they really are, though the content of fruits in these fresh juices is reduced - they are bred in the best traditions of public catering. But juices, Pepsi, forfeits, airans, etc. in bulk! Strong alcohol of very decent quality and all sorts of cocktails, too, in bulk! But obviously, thanks to the family orientation, the establishments were not seen completely drunk (a couple of times only the Russians and the Germans got drunk). From the unpleasant - in all open areas you can smoke (beach, swimming pool, restaurant on the street), so you unwittingly become a passive smoker.

The sea is perhaps the best! I do not understand people who live around the pool for days when there is such a miracle nearby - the purest, transparent, warm (+22+23 C), salty sea. The beach is clean and huge! If someone does not have enough space on the beach of the hotel ("Blue Flag"), then you cross the formal rope and you are on the same wide, clean and empty (at least it was during our visit) beach.
The hotel has a really decent SPA Center, I would even recommend visiting the hammam at the hotel and not going to the dubious (TEZ TOUR) aqua center. and was very pleased. Then we went to a few more massages there - everything is very decent.
A fifteen-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center - so you can buy all sorts of different things - and souvenirs, and delights and sheepskin coats and handbags, shoes, the first aid kit also left a very pleasant impression.
Of the unpleasant - everything not related to the hotel, namely - excursions with TEZ = Tour. Of course, I want to believe that this is not connected with the tour operator - but the only thing that I liked was amazingly clean and comfortable buses, neat and polished drivers! And excursions are so-so, not only are they twice as expensive as their counterparts in the bazaar, but they don’t consist in showing and telling something, but boil down to banal delivery to certain stores and urgent offers to buy goods there! Very unpleasant! Especially when you realize that in a nearby store everything is the same only two or three times cheaper. And they give 20 minutes for the toilet - and 30 for shopping in the store. This story was repeated on each excursion. The most talented "implementer" was certainly a guide in Israel. The trick is that until you come to your senses, take them to the right place, distribute cards identifying the group to everyone and close them there (they only come out in groups. In short, it’s not very pleasant. On all these excursions, drinks are not included in the price of food and are paid separately. We took drinks (water, cola). The guide said something aloud that "uncomfortable" but I think that when they sell a small icon for $ 230, it's "uncomfortable" to sleep on the ceiling. But this is already a cry from the heart.
