Very helpful staff. At the reception, several people perfectly understand Russian. In general, there were no problems with communication. Sometimes it seemed that you were in your native country, only the level of service is much higher. True, the Turks have a very peculiar sense of humor, which you need to get used to. Sometimes their jokes are a little annoying. The Turks will not let a single woman go unnoticed. So who needs it - go ahead to the Turkish resort. Now dancers from Russia (Chelyabinsk) work in the Dolphin - very nice, sociable guys who do their best at the evenings. Therefore, the Turkish night, for which Turkish dancers were invited, looked very pale. And in general it was even scary. They have one of the dances - with knives, which they stick first into one of their own, and then they invite girls from the audience, put them on the floor and start throwing knives. It was unpleasant for me to look at this. Yes, and the belly dance is very weak.
As for the numbers. Here, from a 5 star hotel, one would expect something better. The room is modest. I, for example, rested with my mother and brother. And the room had only two beds - one double. There are no single beds at all in the hotel. True, the problem was solved by the fact that they brought another bed set and covered the sofa. But I would still like to have three full beds. Otherwise, no complaints about the rest. The cleaning of the rooms is amazing. Even in the hotel it is customary to aromatize the air, at first this sweetish smell irritated a little, and then I began to like it. The maid sprinkles this fragrance in the rooms as well. I liked the way she cleans: always so friendly and polite. In general, waiters should be given tips and then they just dance around you. And it's nice. But if you skimp, then the attitude becomes cold.
Regarding a la carte restaurants. They are worth a visit to feel like a queen. Especially Italian. Dinner takes about 2-2.5 hours. Two waiters serve almost without leaving your side. Yes, and you will lick your fingers. Although, the second time in an Italian restaurant, the food was a little worse.

I preferred to swim in the sea, as the water in the pools is cold and smells like bleach, so you won’t get much pleasure. If you want an active holiday, you can find it in the hotel. Recreational sports activities start in the morning.
It is better to buy excursions outside the hotel - much cheaper.
In summary: if you chose Dolphin for a holiday, you won't regret it. It's just a fairy tale, which, unfortunately, ends. . .
