At the Deniz Suite hotel in Turkey in the village of Mahmutlar, my wife and I rested from 09/30/2015 to 09/04/2015. In general, we are very unpretentious people and for a normal rest we need to have a place to sleep, wash and air conditioning. But this hotel surprised even us. It all started as soon as we arrived. We were put in a room where the air conditioner was turned on only by a separate machine, which was attached to the air conditioner itself and painted over, so I could hardly find it, there was no control panel for it and it was impossible to change the temperature. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink and water heater. There were no hooks for towels or a toilet paper holder. The towel was placed on the lid of the toilet. The drain from the shower worked very poorly, and since there was no cubicle and they simply washed on the bathroom floor, after someone washed, the swamp was provided. None of the hotel administration spoke Russian. Food: the food itself was normal (vegetables and chicken), but if you are late for half an hour, then you won’t get anything, and the administration said: “Your problems, you have to come on time”. Also, at the same time, they were constantly late with the opening of the kitchen (this cannot be called a restaurant). As a result: crush, crush and battle for food. But in the end, the food became worse, as many Turks (some relatives of the owner) arrived and they ate from a common boiler, only we were fed with chicken bones, and all the meat went to the Turks (they were then taken out separately). The coffee machine poured some liquid, but not coffee. There were not enough coffee cups. The bartender had to be constantly looked for. There was almost nothing in the bar (for the day 6 bottles of cola or sprite, a bottle of vodka and a keg of beer) and that's for everyone. The water in the cooler was changed very simply: they poured water from the tap into the bottle and put the bottle in the cooler. I checked it very simply - I marked the bottle, as soon as it was empty, they brought it back. But even with this, there could be no water in the cooler for half a day. I asked the administration for the phone number of the hotel guide, so they just sent me and said that there was nothing to complain about. Yes, the hotel's beach is just terrible: the entrance to the water is on slippery stone slabs, where you can break your legs and arms. The promised umbrellas are not in sight, and almost all sun loungers are broken.
